What is the job of a lecturer? To be a teacher, to preach and to teach and to solve problems! I'm not sure how much I can teach you, but I'm sure I can teach you, and I'm sure I can teach you a lot.
No insurance, but if you have done other marketing work, some of the problems are relatively easy to deal with, if not even contact with marketing, directly as a lecturer, in my experience, in the insurance company is impossible. The company will ask you to do business first, so as to exercise their own practical experience, and then may (note: is possible) will go on the road of trainee lecturer, part-time lecturer, professional lecturer. This way our development will be down-to-earth, of course, this is the talent that the company needs!
To introduce you to the basics
The most basic knowledge:
1, the significance and utility of insurance
2, agent career planning
3, personal etiquette
4, sales logic
5, business start-up (start-up briefings, product briefings, open door to the red, the four or five in a row ...... )
......
These things can't be learned overnight, there are different solutions to different problems, while at the same time being coherent - God knows what kind of compulsion that friend of yours is under, and hopefully he'll actually become the trainee instructor he wants to be, rather than an agent! Good luck to him!
