Do asthma patients dance square dance in the morning?

Although exercise helps to improve our immunity and make our bodies healthier, it doesn't mean that daily exercise can make us live forever and never get sick.

Some people exercise every day and every year, but they are still sick. Such people will wonder, saying that exercise can improve immunity. Why should I get sick? In fact, the reason why we are sick is not because we have no exercise, but because there are many other reasons.

For example, there are a lot of bacteria in our life, and now eating these foods with bacteria may cause diarrhea and so on.

When the weather changes, our bodies can't adapt to such climate change because of the sudden drop of temperature, so we are particularly prone to catch a cold. This is also because their immunity is low.

Or some normal lifestyles may also cause some serious diseases. For example, people who smoke frequently are prone to get some lung cancer. People who smoke regularly are more likely to get lung cancer than other nonsmokers.

Even if they exercise every day, these people are prone to many diseases because of their lifestyle and habits.

But exercise can effectively avoid some diseases. For example, those who are particularly weak become stronger because of long-term exercise. The climate change is so small that they don't catch cold easily.

Although exercising every day can't avoid getting sick, we don't want it, so we don't exercise. It is still very helpful to our health, so we should keep exercising every day. This can make our bodies healthier, improve our immunity and keep some minor illnesses away from us.
