The Bodhisattva once swore to the Buddha: "If all people sincerely recite my name, they should also recite the Tathagata name of my teacher Amitabha, and then recite this Maharaja mantra. If you can recite it five times a night, you can rule out the felony of robbing life and death. If all people recite the mantra of compassion in heaven, that is, for the rest of their lives, all ten Buddhas will teach and lead, and they will live in the land of all Buddhas. If everyone recites the mantra of compassion, there are fifteen kinds of good life and no fifteen kinds of bad death. Therefore, the great compassion mantra can not only eliminate all disasters and all evils, but also achieve all good laws and stay away from all fears.
