Reading Book: The Running Bible
This note is written by me when I just came back from a brisk walk...OMG, my leg is going to be broken...I originally thought that it would be very easy to walk briskly for 30 minutes, but I ignored my own actual situation, I am an I'm a real homebody. Even though I've been doing calisthenics lately, it's not as tiring as brisk walking! My leg muscles are sore and my arms don't want to lift, and I'm not too battle-tested here, which strengthens my resolve to become a runner.
Before listening to this book, it never occurred to me that I would go on to run consistently. To be honest, I've always thought running was no big deal, not realizing its appeal, but firmly believing that it was hard. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so, so we should give this book a listen.
I heard from a friend who clocked in together that running can be a way to find love, and I was immediately moved! As a Pisces, a romantic, I love sweet love the most! So as soon as I was free, I couldn't wait to listen to this book too. I couldn't get enough of it the first time I listened to it and couldn't help but listen to it a second time to recognize a little more.
? Can people get younger? I think so! Running should be a no-brainer!
Recently, I have become obsessed with square dancing, and the figure of the dance teacher really makes me envious. Maybe I can't choose how tall or short I am, but I can decide how fat or thin I am!
? Can people become strong? I think it can! Reading should be no choice!
Perhaps everyone is born the same, resulting in a huge difference, is the behavior after the habit and whether to adhere to!
After listening to this book, I'm going to start joining the running army, six months to become a runner, go for it!
Now I'm all stinky and sweaty, sitting on the couch recording my thoughts. I really feel relaxed after a run and feel like every pore of my body is soothed. If I had heard something like that before I might have scoffed but now I realize that it's true.
Will you keep up the fast walking tomorrow? Definitely. It's such a great feeling! Exercise, perseverance, self-discipline, each of these words delights me. Oh, and maybe you'll ask me why brisk walking?
"Running Bible" you can find the answer, the first six weeks every day to adhere to 30 minutes of fast walking, followed by six weeks of fast walking for an hour, you can be about three times a week, the last ten weeks of fast running for an hour, adhere to it you are also a RUNNER! Although there are no stars, but the lights are also a very good feeling!
