Chapter 7 of "The Power of the Present" read with you-the door to invisibility.

——0 1——

The last chapter talked about the inner body, which let us know that except the outer body, we all have an inner body and an ontology, all of which are felt through our presence consciousness.

In this chapter, we will discuss the door to the non-manifest state. Unmarked state is a word I have never heard of, and this chapter is also an embarrassing chapter for me.

Eckhart Tolley believes that the unexplored state is the undifferentiated state before the division and evolution of life, and individuals feel that everything in the body and nature is boundless. In his article, Eckhart Tory is easy to understand, referring to the Buddhist theory that "color is empty, and empty is color" and our Taoist views of China Laozi-second life, second life, third life and third life. The non-manifest state is "one", that is, all things are one.

We are all an inseparable part of this universe. Between people, between people and everything, there will be mutual energy radiation and the magnetic field will vibrate.

In fact, this theory has been described similarly in our previous knowledge structure, such as the butterfly effect, and the occasional vibration of a butterfly wing in the Amazon rainforest may cause a tornado in Texas within two weeks. For example, in the mirror image theory, people are mirrors that reflect each other. If you smile at others, they will smile back at you. You give others a cold face, and others will give you a cold face accordingly.

Only such a theory is stored in our brains as a theory of knowledge, and we seldom ask why this phenomenon occurs.

The non-manifest state is static, boundless, inclusive of all things, and integrated with the life in the second and third generations, the source of life, the internal essence of all forms, and the manifest state after the whole world.

After the human body enters sleep, according to the change law of brain waves, sleep is generally divided into four stages. With the gradual deepening of sleep, the frequency of brain waves is getting lower and lower, and the amplitude is getting bigger and bigger until it enters the highest stage. The fourth stage, the deep sleep stage, lasts about 20 minutes, with the first half of the night long and the second half of the night broken.

These four stages are a cycle, lasting about 90 minutes, and then enter the rapid eye movement stage, that is, start dreaming.

The greater the proportion of deep sleep, the higher the sleep efficiency and the higher the sleep quality. Eckhart Tolley defines this deep sleep as entering a state of being absent.

In the torrent of Ma Benteng's thoughts, in the external body of each specific state, how to enter the door of non-manifest state? Eckhart Tory led us to it.

Inner body, present, stop thinking, yield, silence, space, etc. Is all the doors to the non-manifest state. The inner body, the present moment and the cessation of thinking activities have all been mentioned in the previous chapters, so I won't repeat them here. Surrender is to let go of your inner resistance, which is easier to understand and won't be repeated. The emphasis here is on silence and space.

Silence is also a familiar word for us. However, have you really experienced silence? The cicadas are singing, and the Woods are particularly quiet; The singing of birds in the mountains is more beautiful than usual. In a relatively open and quiet environment, we may all have the ability to feel quiet.

When you are downtown, the sound of cars passing in the distance and the sound of aunts dancing in the square dance downstairs, please listen carefully and pay more attention to silence than sound. Only by feeling the external silence can we create the internal silence.

Every voice comes from silence and melts into silence. Silence is like an endless net, embracing sound. Feel the web of silence melting all kinds of sounds.

Our dormitory faces the road, and there is a designated garbage collector not far from the window. Every morning around 5 o'clock, there will be a garbage truck to collect garbage. At this time every day, the bookworm dad always wakes up, it's too noisy, and continues to sleep in another room.

I usually can't hear anything. Occasionally, I heard the sound of the collision between the trash can and the garbage truck, which was particularly profound in the quiet and empty morning. Confused, I instantly fell into that silent net.

Perhaps, it is a little thin to use such an example to illustrate that silence brings us into a state that is not presented. However, the book "The Power of the Present" is now in the seventh chapter. The biggest feeling I get from reading, writing and writing is that we have the ability to control thousands of thoughts that already exist in our brains. Be the master of thinking, not the slave of thinking, and be led by thinking without knowing it.

We often have a sudden thought in our mind, and then let it spread out, causing associations and many unnecessary fears, anxieties, fears and sorrows, and so on.

The most extreme situation is completely controlled by thinking, and there are obstacles in the form of morbid thinking. But for ordinary normal people, they always follow their own ideas for a while, and then have a short sense of existence, telling themselves not to think about it.

By listening to and paying attention to the silence outside the sound, it is beneficial to train our conscious feeling ability and control ability. This is what Eckhart Tolley said: Silence is outside, but silence is inside.

——05——

Finally, I want to explore the essence of space and time. When it comes to space, our first reaction is objects. We always want to explore what objects are in space. Just like sound and silence, we focus on sound and ignore silence. Similarly, we pay attention to objects and ignore space. Space is boundless, and there is nothing.

When we walk into a room, or stay in a room, our attention to space is on objects. Maybe every object has a story that will lead our thinking to infinity. Try to pay attention to the empty seats! Space and tranquility are two sides of the same thing, both of which are the same nothingness.

And time, as introduced in the last chapter, only the consciousness of existence exists, otherwise, it is an illusion.

In short, whether it is silence, space or time, we have the ability to press the pause button for thinking and stretch it at will. Let's enter the non-manifest state.

Of course, having said so much is not a state of manifestation, nor is it a permanent way to get rid of your mind and leave it blank. That is, we have complete control over thinking, especially the awareness and control of negative thinking.

When studying, working and thinking, you need to get in touch with new knowledge, create new things, keep your head in an unexplored state, and you will suck faster and better. And when you want to recall the sweetness and imagine the future, let your thoughts lead you, as long as you are happy.
