Remarks:
Schools are opening the following venues and facilities: school athletic fields, soccer fields, volleyball courts, tennis courts, table tennis courts, badminton courts, and indoor gymnasiums.
Schools open up the corresponding venues and facilities that meet the conditions according to the actual situation of the school. The specific conditions for opening school sports facilities can be viewed in the reservation system.
:Reservation process
1. Download the "I Shenzhen" APP
2. In the center of the home page in the "new services" column to the left slide the list of services, you can see the " Stadium Booking" service, or directly enter "Stadium Booking" in the search bar at the top of the home page;
3. In the "Stadium Booking" service interface, you can select Guangming District - Schools - OK through the filtering function to pinpoint Guangming District - Schools You can select "Schools - OK" through the filtering function to pinpoint the list of school venues in Guangming District;
4. Select the school venue you want to book, click on booking, select the school venue and time you want to book, click on next, read the acceptance notice carefully and then click on acceptance;
5. Select the person who will make the booking. If you don't have a staff member, click Add to add a staff member, and then click Next;
6. After the booking is completed, click View Order to see if the school, program, and booking time are accurate. You can also check the status of my order in the "Stadium Booking" personal center interface.
7. Reservations must be signed in and checked out in person by the school verification officer. After signing in, the access code turns green, and after signing in, the access code turns gray.
Notes on entering the school
(1)The booked students should measure their body temperature and show the health green code and travel code according to the epidemic prevention requirements;
(2)When entering the school for exercise, they need to bring the ID cards of the booked persons who enter the school, and sign in at the site by scanning the code, and the staff verifies the relevant information before entering the school;
(3)Persons under fourteen years old or seventy years old Persons above the age of fourteen need to be accompanied by their parents to make an appointment to enter the school, and the parents also need to bring their own identification documents;
(4) When leaving, you must sign back in by sweeping the code as required;
(5) You may not smoke on campus, drink alcohol, or other behaviors that are not in line with the rules of the school administration;
(6) You may not carry out non-open-ended sports activities on campus, such as square dancing, kite flying, drones, roller skating, skateboarding, bicycles, balance bikes and other activities;
(7) do not bring flammable, explosive, fragile and other dangerous goods into the school, do not bring colored drinks, chewing gum, greasy food into the school, do not bring pets into the school;
(8) the school exerciser does not have hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases and other diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise, and any safety accidents occurring during the exercise in the school due to concealment of the condition shall be borne by the person himself/herself. All safety accidents occurring during the school exercise due to concealment of illness shall be borne by the person himself;
(9) The students enrolled in the school undertake not to violate the law and discipline;
(10) Take care of their own personal belongings, and bear the responsibility for the losses caused by improper personal storage;
(11) Consciously abide by the requirements for the use of the campus sports venues and equipments, and indemnify for the damages to the equipments due to improper personal use;
(xiii) Consciously keep the campus clean and tidy, and comply with the requirements of garbage classification management;
(xiv) Consciously comply with the campus venue management regulations and staff guidance, and obey the management of on-site staff;
(xv) Without the consent of the school staff, not to carry out activities in the venues, including teaching and training, activity organization, advertising and publicity;
(xvi ) without the consent of school staff, may not enter the school teaching areas, office areas, student dormitories and other non-open areas.
