In addition to the Taihu Stone in the imperial gardens of the Forbidden City and other places, the famous Taihu Stone also includes Yundingfeng, Yulinglong and Ruiyunfeng. Their holes are intertwined, beautiful and elegant. All of them are the relics of Huashigang, which is called "Genyue Heritage Stone" in history, and they are also called the four famous stones in the south of Hangzhou with the famous stone garden "Crepe Yunfeng" (Figure 2. 10) (some people say it is the three famous stones in the south of the Yangtze River, except "Ruiyunfeng").
1. Yundingfeng "Yundingfeng" (Figure 2. 1 1), formerly known as "Guanyin Peak", is located in the north of Xushuoting, Linquan, in the east of Liuyuan, with a bottom height of 0.8 meters, a total height of 6.5 meters and a weight of about 5 t, and its height is the highest among lakes and stones in Jiangnan gardens. Exquisite and tall, famous for being thin and beautiful. It is painted on all sides. The peak is like an eagle swooping down. If the glans of the peak is held high at the bottom, it looks like an "eagle-headed turtle" and has the reputation of being the crown of the forest peak stone in Jiangnan Garden. Because the top of the stone is towering and the four exhibitions are like crowns, it is named "Viewing the Cloud". Another theory holds that the name "Guanyun" comes from Li Daoyuan's Notes on Water Classics, in which it is said that "the Prince of Yan has three peaks in Sendai, which are very high, reaching the peak of Guanyun and competing with Yunling". The original stone here is called "Ruiyunfeng", and it is also said that the garden owner uses "watching clouds" to express the meaning of the original stone. "Cloud Peak" has been included in the fourth special stamp of 1980 "Suzhou Garden-Lingering Garden".
Liuyuan Garden was built by Xu Taishi in Wanli period, formerly known as Dongyuan (Xu Taishi converted Guiyuan Temple, which was in decline at that time, into a house garden, named Xiyuan, and Dongyuan was opposite). Among them, the "Yundingfeng" is the megalithic peak of Taihu Lake that was salvaged during the dredging of rivers in the Ming Dynasty, and its reputation is not as good as that of the "Ruiyunfeng" now located in Suzhou No.10 Middle School. When Liu Shu used the former site of Dongyuan to build Hanbi Villa, the mountain peak was already outside the wall of Dongyuan. Although Liu Shu admired and loved this peak stone very much, it became a heart disease to him because of his inability to reclaim land and expand the garden. In order to satisfy his desire to see the peak of the cloud, Sun Maogong is addicted to stone, but he built a small building on the east wall of Hanbi Building near the peak of the cloud, so that he could face the peak of the cloud day and night upstairs, and named it "Wang Yun".
The courtyard where the "Cloud Peak" is located has been decorated as a water stone court. When Shengkang renovated Hanbi Villa and built a garden, "hundreds of houses around Yundingfeng were also turned into wild smoke and weeds because of the war, but this peak was the only one". Shengkang bought the vacant land in the east of the garden and these Taihu stones, and found two giant peaks, called Xiuyunfeng in the west and Ruiyunfeng in the east, separated from the "Cloud Peak". Forming a master and two pairs, symmetrical left and right, highlighting the middle layout, is the famous sister three peaks in Liuyuan. The stalagmites of Xiaofeng are listed under the three peaks, and flowers, pines and bamboos are dotted among them. Around the peak stone, there are pavilions, called the East Garden. "Yungaifeng" is surrounded by Guanyunlou, Guanyunge, Guanyuntai and Juyun Temple, all of which are places to enjoy stones. The front pool and the back building are in sharp contrast with the stone peak in tone and shape, which sets off the "cloud peak" to be more tall and volley.
2. Yulinglong "Yulinglong" (Figure 2. 12), as the treasure of the town garden, is placed in front of the Yuhua Hall of Shanghai Yuyuan Garden. "Jade exquisite stone is the most exquisite, Pin Guan Jiangnan Qiaotong. It was once collected in Huashigang, but fortunately it escaped from the root moon and robbed the gray red. " This is a record of his initial life experience. The original "Yulinglong" stone was engraved with the word "Yuhua", but due to the weathering of years, the handwriting was missing. The stone is about 3m high, 1.5m wide, 80cm thick and weighs about 3t. Elegant and exquisite, it has the beauty of wrinkle, leakage, thinness and transparency of Taihu stone. What's even more amazing is that "Jade Linglong" is exquisite, with 72 holes in the stone. The ancient book says: "Try putting a furnace at the bottom of the stone, smoke from the hole, and fill a pot of water at the top of the stone, and the hole will be opened." Wang Shizhen, a writer in the Ming Dynasty, wrote a poem of praise: "If a thousand peaks overwhelm the sky, who is exquisite?" . The venerable Brahma sleeps three times, dazzles the sky and spits Bai Hong. Pan Yunduan, the owner of Yuyuan Garden, recorded in Records of Yuyuan Garden: "The jade is exquisite and the stone is excellent. "
"Yulinglong" was not originally in Yu Garden. In the eighteenth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty, Pan, the younger brother of the gardener, married the daughter of Chu Shaoshen, a large family in Sanlintang, Pudong, and this stone peak was married to the man's family as a dowry of the woman's family. According to legend, when crossing the Huangpu River from Sanlintang, Pudong, a storm suddenly broke out in the middle of the river, and suddenly the ship sank. The Pan Shi family thought it was bad luck and decided to invite famous sailors from Shanghai to salvage them one by one. Everything pays off. A few days later, in addition to finding this "Jade Linglong" baby, they also found another stone, which is the base of the present "Jade Linglong". It's true that there is always a silver lining behind the dark clouds. Two stones met by chance. In order to carry "Yulinglong" into the city, Panjia went ashore from Dongjiadu, opened a hole in the county wall, moved "Yulinglong" into the city, and then built a gate at the hole. During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, the wall of Shanghai was demolished, but the name of Xiaonanmen has been used to this day.
In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, the Pan Shi family declined, and the Yuyuan Garden was once the temple garden of the City God Temple, which was divided up by more than 20 commercial clubs in Shanghai. At that time, pilgrims flourished, especially taking "Jade Linglong" as a fairy sacrifice. During the period of the Republic of China, the place around the stone peak of "Jade Linglong" was once a place where vendors and circus performers juggled. After the founding of New China, the historic sites in Yuyuan Garden have been restored one by one, and the "Jade and Linglong" is still slim and graceful in front of the world, showing the charm of the oriental stones.
3. Ruiyunfeng Ruiyunfeng (Figure 2. 13) is located in the campus of Suzhou No.10 Middle School, Jiangsu Province. If this stone is half-moon-shaped, porous, magnificent and exquisite, with a peak height of 5. 12m, a width of 3.25m and a thickness of 1.3m, it is known as the "Yan Qiaojia" in the south of the Yangtze River.
There are two Taihu stones in Suzhou called Ruiyunfeng. One of them is located in the east of the peak of Lingering Cloud. The height is 3.8m, the width is 1.8m, the thickness is 0.9m, the foundation is 0.7m, and the total height is 4.5m. It is light gray, and hundreds of caves are exquisitely embedded in it. The two big holes formed by the beating of water waves are like a beautiful woman's long robe and green sleeves dancing with the wind. The other is the famous Ruiyunfeng, which was originally located in the East Garden of Xu Shitai and now stands in Suzhou No.10 Middle School. According to legend, it is the "Huashigang" stone acquired by Suzhou Zhucuo in the Northern Song Dynasty. At that time, he spared no effort to build a big ship to transport the four-foot-high Taihu Stone, named "Dagu", but when he arrived at the shallow water canal from Changzhou to Zhenjiang, the voyage was difficult, so Zhu Xu presented a painting to Song Huizong, and the emperor called it "the peak of lucky one, the glory of ten thousand years" for short. Xiaofeng was originally called "Xiao Xie Valley" as opposed to "Big" Giant Peak, but it was not transported until Zhu CuO was defeated and abandoned by the river, with the words "Minister Zhu CuO Jin" on it. In the Ming Dynasty, Dong got it. When Dong married his daughter, he gave it as a dowry to Xu Shitai, a rich gentleman in Suzhou. Xu Shitai put the stone in the East Garden (the predecessor of Lingering Garden). According to legend, this peak is frequently seen in Ruiguang, so it was renamed as "Ruiyunfeng". In the poem Rui Yunfeng, Vae said, "A beautiful stone is carved by magic. Ruifen Cao Zhixiu, Qihe Xia Yunsheng. Don't want to accompany Zhu, but also accompany Tong Qing. Up to now, this sword is still watery and Ying Ying's. " After many years, the scenery of the park has changed, but "Ruiyunfeng" is still as elegant as ever. No wonder Jiang Cai, a adherent of the late Ming Dynasty, praised in the poem Ji Haiqiu's Visit to Xu's East Garden in the 16th year of Shunzhi (1659): "Xu's Garden is here, seeking seclusion." San Wu Jin Gu, Wan Gu Rui Yunfeng. Stay in the geese and stay in the pond to sting the dragon. Xiyuanhua is better, fragrant from Nanzong. "Forty-four years after Qianlong (1779), Emperor Gaozong visited southern China. In order to please the emperor, the weaving eunuch moved the mountain peak to the west garden of the Westbound Palace of the Weaving Department-the pool in the Qianlong Nangong (now Suzhou No.10 Middle School).
In addition, Suzhou Lion Forest has the famous "Lake Stone Peak", Nanjing Zhanyuan has the "Fairy Peak", Jiading Huilongtan Park has the "Fengyun" and Changshu People's Park has the "Snow Stone". Their surfaces are like overlapping water waves, but also like snow pressing branches, which has both the beauty of nature and the beauty of sculpture, which is amazing!
