A beautifully dressed little girl, she sat next to me.
The horse is thin and old, and its fate is terrible.
Putting the sled next to you hurt us.

Take the girl you love and sing ski songs.
She has a chestnut horse that travels thousands of miles every day.
We put it on the sleigh and flew forward.

About the author:
The songwriter james roday pierpont graduated from Yale University. He obeyed his grandfather's wishes and became a teacher. Because he is always kind and tolerant to students, he lacks strict and conservative education to crowd him out.
Pierpont became a lawyer again. He is eager to defend the justice of the law with his own efforts. He disdained the principle that "whoever has money will serve him" which was popular in American legal circles at that time. When he sees that good people are treated unfairly, he always works for them for free, but if the parties are villains, he ignores them even if they are well paid.
