Moon Er Ming Er Wind Er Jing is the name of the song, which is formally known as Lullaby, and the other name is Northeast Lullaby. Zheng Jianchun, director of the Dalian Song and Dance Troupe, picked up and re-created the song.
It is reported that the "lullaby" was created in 1960, when Zheng Jianchun in Dalian Xinjin County (now Pulandian) countryside picking up some folk ditties, these ditties touched Zheng Jianchun's creative inspiration, so he was based on the music and lyrics into the "lullaby".
"Lullaby" was completed in 1960 and sung by Xu Guizhu, an actress of the Dalian Song and Dance Troupe, in 1962, and was then sung by many singers and has been handed down to the present day, and it is also said to have been adapted from a folk song of Shangzhi County in Heilongjiang Province.

Xu Guizhu was a bright and studious child who was good at imitation. As a child, she was impressed by the performances of countryside artists. After the liberation of the Northeast, the village's amateur theater troupe provided her with many opportunities to observe art and learn folk songs from folk artists, and in 1954, Xu Guizhu worked as a docent at the Industrial Museum of Dalian (then known as the city of Ludai, the same as below), often participating in cultural activities in her spare time.
In 1957, she was transferred to the Ludai Wen Gong Troupe (the predecessor of the Dalian Song and Dance Troupe) as a soloist, singing folk songs and absorbing a variety of vocal techniques, and she studied Peking Opera as a teacher, as well as monochord and Liaoning shadow puppetry. At the same time, he also read a lot of literature and studied music theory to enrich his singing training.
In 1962, she participated in the Guangzhou "Yangcheng Flower Festival", singing northeastern folk songs; in August, she sang "I'm a Commune Breeder" and "Lullaby" (the moon is bright and the wind is clear) in the "Harbin Summer" concert; in December, she was selected for the Liaoning delegation to Beijing to participate in the National Solo Singing Festival. In December, she was selected by Liaoning Delegation to participate in the National Solo Concert in Beijing. The three important performances established her identity as a folk song singer, and she was well known by the music industry and caused a great reaction among the audience.
