I always think that an excellent class teacher should be a teacher who is good at reasoning with students. Our teacher himself doesn't make sense. How can we educate students effectively? In fact, the face of truth is never static. Our class teacher should learn to constantly upgrade the methods and contents of reasoning, so that students are willing to accept it, make the boring truth lively and interesting, and constantly innovate the content. Only in this way can we urge students to keep moving closer to you and lead children to move forward actively.
In my work practice this school year, I pay attention to improving my skills and contents of reasoning with students from the following aspects:
(1) Pay attention to absorbing fresh stories from newspapers and magazines and updating reasonable contents.
I have always liked reading magazines such as Friends of the Head Teacher and Yilin. These magazines published many short and pithy stories full of philosophy of life. These stories are close to the reality of life, and often one or two sentences can inspire students' thinking. Telling these stories to children is often more acceptable than reasoning. A boring truth is not as good as an interesting story. Stories are more powerful to children than anyone else. The road in the story is easier to love than the road pointed out by parents, grandparents and teachers. Therefore, the class teacher should hide some wonderful stories in his stomach, and the appeal of a story is better than a dozen rigid hard truths.
There is a student in my class named Zhen. Her mother died of illness during the epidemic. For a time, he felt quite inferior and lonely, and lost confidence in life. Since then, Yang Jun has become cheerful and lively.
(2) Pay attention to collecting typical cases from film and television materials and peers, and update the connotation of role models.
There is a student in our class named Li Jiaxiang, whose learning level is average and his discipline is not good. What is more exasperating is that his thought is incorrect. I don't want to define children all the time, because their adolescence is a key stage to establish the concept of right and wrong and needs the guidance and help of teachers.
