Little Rabbit Be Good Children's Song from the children's song and dance drama, no original song, the creator is Li Jinhui.
The original name of the song was "The Tiger Calls the Door", and it was written by Li Jinhui, the "Father of Chinese Children's Song and Dance Theater". The showtune was written in Beijing in 1920, and Lai recalls, "Little Rabbit Be Good, originally titled Tiger Calling the Door, is an excerpt from a children's song-and-dance opera composed by my father."
Born in Xiangtan, Hunan province, and a graduate of the Changsha Higher Normal School, Lai Kam-hui (Sept. 5, 1891 - Feb. 15, 1967) was the father of modern Chinese songs and dances, a writer of children's songs and dance music, and a founding father of Chinese popular music.
One of the "Eight Stallions of the Li Family". Learned guqin and plucked instruments since childhood. He was y influenced by the folk music of his hometown and the local popular theater music of Xiang Opera, Flower Drum Opera and Han Opera. He was the founder of the Chinese Children's Song and Dance Theater and the first Chinese Song and Dance School.
