I. Single Play
The first height: 6×8 beats
The first section: 2×8 beats (consisting of point and stride)
The first eight beats:
The first beat: the left foot jumps in place, and the right foot jumps up with it, pointing to the ground with the forefoot, and the two hands are crossed or naturally swinging the arms.
The second beat: the left foot jumps in place, the right foot bends the knee behind the body and steps over the leather band, landing on the other side.
On the third and fourth beats, the right foot jumps once in place, the left foot jumps over the band and lands on the back side of the right foot, the right foot immediately steps over the band and lands on the ground with the right foot in front and the left leg behind, standing cross-legged, with the band in the middle of the two calves.

First to fourth beats: the movements are the same as the first section's first to fourth beats.
