Songs and dances refer to songs with dance performances, i.e. the singing part of folk songs and dances. The trinity of song (poetry), dance, and music is a characteristic of ancient music, and today's folk arts such as lanterns, tea-picking, rice-planting songs, and flower-drums have preserved this characteristic of ancient arts. The singing part of these folk songs and dances is also beautiful and lyrical, cheerful and enthusiastic and often performed independently, that is, constituting a traditional folk song referred to as song and dance ditty.
