What is the tutorial for the Ghostwalk dance moves?

The dance of the Ghostwalk begins with a standing herringbone move, lifting the leg until the calf and thigh form an obtuse angle. Standing in herringbone again, lift the leg and slide the other foot back. Step down and slide the other foot back. Body stays square.

1. Begin with a herringbone stand as a starting move.

2. Then lift your leg until your calf and thigh form an obtuse angle.

3, then another herringbone stand again.

4, Lift your leg and slide the other foot back.

5. Step down and slide the other foot back. Keep your body straight.

6. Lift your foot at an angle greater than or equal to ninety degrees, and make sure you step down with strength.

Notes:
