In order to praise the martyrs of the revolution, inspire the education of future generations, protect and inherit this valuable red history and culture, in March 2012, LinYi county party committee, county government started the implementation of comfort martyrs project, invested more than 16 million yuan, the original LinZiGuanDao Martyrs Mausoleum, LinNanWangLou martyrs mausoleum, LinPanGanShi Martyrs Mausoleum and so on the integration of the three places of the martyrs mausoleum moved, relying on the original LinZiGuanDao Martyrs Mausoleum newly built LinYi Revolutionary Martyrs' Mausoleum and Revolutionary Memorial Hall, and all scattered martyrs' memorial facilities in the county are moved to the mausoleum to implement centralized protection and management.

Linyi Revolutionary Martyrs' Mausoleum covers an area of 51 acres, preserving the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War period to build the revolutionary martyrs' memorial tower (monument) 15, of which, the earliest is the Bohai two military sub-districts and Kuangwu county party committee, the county anti-Japanese democratic government in 1944 to commemorate the Anti-Japanese War sacrifices of martyrs to the construction of the memorial tower of the revolutionary martyrs. Inside the Revolutionary Memorial Hall with a building area of nearly 2,000 square meters, the history of revolutionary struggle and achievements of socialist construction in Linyi are shown from multiple angles and in an all-round way through a large number of precious historical photographs, cultural relics, historical materials and works of art such as oil paintings and sculptures, as well as modern means such as scene restoration and multi-media sound, light and electricity. Inside the mausoleum, there are memorial plaza, martyrs group sculpture, martyrs wall, famous martyrs statues and weapons display area and humanistic green landscape, is a collection of commemorative veneration, publicity and education, tourism in one of the revolutionary tradition education base and red tourist attractions.
