Immersive enjoyment of life

Modern people's pace is getting faster and faster, the transportation is getting faster, the communication is getting faster, the heart is getting faster, they can't slow down to enjoy life, and they are tortured by all kinds of anxiety; or they are attracted by all kinds of electronic products, and all kinds of short videos are brushing the screen, so they can't sink their hearts and minds into doing one thing.

It is undeniable that I am one of those people who is wrapped up in all kinds of information every day, and I haven't been able to calm down and do something wholeheartedly for a long time.

But I have recently discovered a hobby that I find very interesting and would like to devote myself to, and that is digital oil painting.

Digital oil painting looks quite simple, but I didn't realize that it takes a lot of patience and a lot of time to take it seriously. A simple A3 size digital oil painting actually took me 10 hours to finish. The process is long but enjoyable, and when you're fully immersed in it, you can't even feel the time passing ~ because I spend some time painting every night, and it takes me 2 hours to paint casually in one night, and those 2 hours really fly by ~

Recently, I've gotten hooked on watching Liu Yuning's live broadcasts, which are quite different from other celebrities' live broadcasts, and don't bring any goods to the table to simply chat and sing to fans. The first live broadcast also often broadcast 4 hours, and other stars task broadcast half an hour or an hour is very different, he is really very terrier a person, will share with the fans of the recent activities, but also will share the previous experience of a variety of interesting knowledge, singing is also good to listen to, the viewer is very comfortable. I often draw while listening to his live broadcasts, and I don't miss a beat~

Like Liu Yuning himself said, he just loves live broadcasts and chatting with his fans~When we are immersed in something, we don't feel the passage of time, and I hope we can have more time to immerse ourselves in doing something.
