How to peel chestnuts?

Chestnuts, I believe everyone likes them very much, but chestnuts are difficult to peel. Every time I eat chestnuts, I take a bite and chew them. Even so, I seldom peel off the whole chestnut kernel. The chestnuts are peeled off, and some of them stick to the chestnuts. It's really depressing Let's learn some tricks. With such a simple step, you can easily peel the chestnuts, and all the peeled chestnuts are intact.

Method 1: Put chestnuts on the board, cut a small mouth with the tip of the back of a knife, add water to the pot to boil, and the water will overflow the chestnuts. Turn off the heat after boiling, cover the pot and stew for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take out a little chestnut first, and peel it easily from the incision with your nails while it is hot. Peel a little more, don't take it all out, it's not easy to peel it when it's dry, but it's hot.

Method 2: salt water immersion. You can wash chestnuts and put them in a container, then add a little salt, soak them in boiling water and cover them. After five minutes, take out the chestnuts and cut them with a knife. The chestnut skin will fall off with the chestnut shell.

Method 3: Chopsticks stirring method. Cut the chestnuts in half, peel them, put them in a container, soak them in boiling water for a while, and stir them with chopsticks, so that the chestnut skin will be separated from the chestnut meat. Note that the soaking time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the nutritional composition of chestnuts.

Method 4: Microwave heating method. Cut the chestnut shell with scissors and put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Chestnut skin and chestnut meat will be separated automatically, and the taken chestnut meat is complete. Be careful, be sure to cut off the chestnut shells before putting them in the microwave oven.

Method 5: alternating hot and cold water method. Peel the chestnut shell with a knife, then boil the chestnut in boiling water for three to five minutes, and immediately soak it in cold water for three to five minutes, so that the chestnut shell can be easily peeled off.

Method 6: air drying. Leave the chestnuts in a ventilated and dry place to dry for a few days, so it will be much easier to peel them.
