Bending usually shows that many parts of the body exert force at the same time and bend at the same time in dance. Bending requires dancers to master the flexion and extension of their bodies flexibly in order to show a feeling of free flow in dance.
Second, turn around (turn)
Turning around is a common action in zhuang dance, that is, turning the body to the left or right at will. In zhuang dance, you can usually jump after the turn to make the turn more lively and interesting.
Third, palm outward (Zhang)
Palm outward is a rhythmic military action, that is, the action of palm outward. This kind of action usually expresses the Zhuang people's love and enthusiasm for life, family and motherland, and is a manifestation of high fighting spirit and heroic feelings.
Fourth, step (Ta)
Stepping is one of the basic movements of zhuang dance, and it is also a kind of footwork. This kind of action often appears in the fast-paced part of zhuang dance. Some dance teams often need to use the sound of trampling in their performances, so as to better present a sense of rhythm.
Five, inverted jump (knife)
Handstand jumping is a common action in Zhuang folk dance. This action takes the form of hanging upside down between the waist and legs, showing adventure, courage and high passion.
Six, relax (party)
Relaxation requires dancers not to be deliberately hardened in the dance, but to maintain the natural state of breathing, body and rhythm, reflecting a natural, beautiful and free dance style.

Wizards always sing and dance when they worship God and enjoy God's blessing. According to the earliest records, zhuang dance in Huashan mural was actually an ode to frog god by Zhuang ancestors at that time. The style of this dance is to raise your arms, open your elbows and squat down with your legs in a lunge. The action is rough and powerful, endowed with characteristics. It's called frog dance.
