The beauty of Shanghang lies in the mountains. Shanghang City is surrounded by endless green mountains. These mountains are ups and downs, each with its own look: like a child, like a giant; like a goddess, like a reclining Buddha; like a leaping beast, like a meandering python... The mountains are covered with trees all year round, and are lush and lush, just like a city in Hangzhou. Wearing a green coat is really eye-catching. Among these peaks, the most famous ones are Qifeng Mountain in the north and Shibi Village in the southwest. When people from other places come to Shanghang, they often make appointments with locals to take a pious walk to Qifeng Mountain to see the giant Buddha, temples and the scenery of "Seven Peaks Surrounded by Green". For those who love mountain climbing and exercise, Shibi Village is a good place. The first half of the journey to Shibi Village is a "winding path", surrounded by dense pine forests, which is dark and cool; the second half is a winding stone road up the mountain. The view becomes wider as you go up, and you can overlook the beautiful Hangzhou from the top of the village. . Shanghang City is like a baby sleeping soundly in a warm cradle.
The beauty of Shanghang lies in the water. An ancient river, the Tingjiang River, pours in from the northwest, flows slowly eastward, then turns straight to the west, then turns to the east, and finally goes straight down the southeast gap. The entire river is in the shape of an "N", like a long jade belt. Wear it on Shanghangcheng. The river water is clear, allowing people to see the sand, stones, fish and shrimp in the water. In the section of the river above the east gate, there are wetlands on both sides of the river embankment, with luxuriant grass and cattle "taking a leisurely stroll"; in the following section of the river to the west gate, large rocks are used to build flood control embankments in the style of ancient city walls, which are neat and straight. extend. The water in this section of the river has been impounded, turning it into a small and quiet reservoir. Various rowing and rowing competitions are held every two years. When the teams row along the river with gongs and drums, it is a spectacular sight. The shore is paved with cobblestones and antique bricks for sidewalks, and trees and grass are planted along the roadside, making people feel relaxed and happy when walking along. Not to mention the surrounding green hills, nor the sidewalks on both sides of the street, just from the community where I live, you can see how much the people of Shanghang attach great importance to the greening of the environment. There are vast green spaces in the community, including tall evergreen trees and neatly maintained shrubs and trees; there are flower beds, fountains, corridors, fitness venues and equipment. Both adults and children will be attracted by the environment here. Every morning when we ride to work, we breathe in the fresh air created by the vegetation on the roadside and feel very comfortable. In the evening, many people go to Zijin Park in the east. It is a perfect place for people to exercise and relax after a day's work. There are many trees inside, birds are flying, stone paths lead to secluded areas, and covered bridges overlook the lake. Today, urban construction workers are using their wisdom and talents to make Zijin Park more harmonious, more beautiful, and more natural.
The beauty of Shanghang lies in the spirit. In recent years, the people of Shanghang have been marching on the journey of building a new home with unprecedented pioneering spirit. The 30 buses put into use during the National Day, a livelihood project, have made our lives more convenient and improved our quality of life. After the material life has improved, the spiritual outlook has also undergone tremendous changes. Whenever we walk on the street, we see people’s smiling faces. If you go to Jiangbin Park for a stroll, you will be attracted by the lively scene here. What attracts us the most is the people dancing in the square, both men and women, old and young. They dance in unison to the beat of the music, expressing their joy for a better life.
