Xinglong mountain 1
As a famous mountain in Longyou, it is located 5 kilometers southwest of Yuzhong County and 60 kilometers away from Lanzhou City. It was originally named "Yun Qi Mountain". During the reign of Emperor Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, it was renamed "Xinglong Mountain". There are more than 70 pavilions, temples and 24 scenic spots in the whole mountain. It is a Buddhist and Taoist resort and a national 4A-level tourist attraction.
2. Terraces in Mapu
In Mapo Township, west of Xinglong Mountain Scenic Area, there is a vast terrace scenic area, which is very distinctive and comparable to Yuanyang terraced fields in Yunnan. Known as "if I knew there was a mapo, why go to Yuanyang"? The difference is that Yuanyang is a paddy field and Mapo is a dry land. The diversity of dry land crops makes Mapo terraced fields more colorful and interesting.
3. Maxianshan
Located on the south side of Xinglong Mountain, it is northwest and southeast. Although Maxian Mountain is not a name, it is well-deserved to be called "the first mountain on the Loess Plateau" because of its height. The landscape here is completely different from its surroundings, but it is similar to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which is known as the three poles of the earth. Come here to play at this time, the seabuckthorn fruit on the south slope is covered with branches and oranges, and the scenery is particularly beautiful.
4. Guantangou Forest Park
Located in the south of heping town, Yuzhong County, it belongs to Maxian Mountain System and is a part of Xinglong Mountain National Nature Reserve. In the scenic area, two mountains are sandwiched by a ravine, which bypasses, and the mountain springs flowing out of the ravine are like silk chains, gathering in dishuiya, forming a unique dishuiya Waterfall, which makes visitors linger.
5. King Su Ming's Tomb
Known as the "Ming Tombs of Gansu Province", there are actually only eleven tombs, including Kang, Zhu, Gong, Gong Yan, Zhu Zhenyu, Ding Wang Zhu Bi, Zhao Wang Zhu Jiong, Huai Wang Zhu Shendu and Yi Wang Zhu Mao.
6. Qingcheng Ancient Town
Located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, separated from Lanzhou by water. At present, the most concentrated and complete ancient residential buildings in Gansu Province are preserved, and the tourism resources here are mainly ancient buildings and charming natural scenery.
