Some people who have suffered from depression live more chic after being cured. Why?

This is a good way of self-regulation. This is a rehabilitation case that impressed me the most. In fact, it can't be said to be chic, which seems to be somewhat disrespectful to patients. On the surface, they are regarded as "chic". It should be said that they know the painful illness experience they have experienced and understand how to make themselves more comfortable and comfortable from the pain. My patient is suffering from depression because of a marital accident. At the worst time, she didn't want to live, completely ended herself, and then got some recovery in the process of seeking treatment. This kind of treatment includes medication, psychotherapy and counseling and comfort from relatives and friends. After her mood eased, she insisted on medication, at the same time, she insisted on working, participating in social activities, ballroom dancing, mountain climbing and square dancing, so as to achieve a combination of work and rest. There was no recurrence after that. To outsiders, she lives a "chic" life, but she knows that this is the best adjustment for depression and her own thoughts and distractions. Of course, people with depression have their own uniqueness. For example, the factors of onset are different, and it is necessary to explore these factors, which is the starting point of targeted psychological counseling. Because everyone's cause is different, you may not recover as well as my patient. My suggestion is to standardize the treatment and make self-adjustment at the same time, so that you can live a more "chic" life. This "chic" is definitely a positive attitude towards life and a way to adjust depression.
