Shuffle dance conversion style

Yes, I have been dancing for a year and a half now. My style is AUS hard mix.

I can dance in all styles now. I didn't deliberately set the style on AUS or hard school, so all styles are not very standard.

AUS is my favorite style. It is important to be crazy all over, and keep your waist, head and arms down (we are talking about playing drums, but I don't know why other places are swollen. . . )

Let the waist, head and arms follow the point, which is what people call rhythm.

What is madness? Shake your waist and head up and down vigorously and control the throwing (don't throw it completely). I prefer swimming posture, and throw my hands to the side (because I don't specialize in AUS and don't know the technical terms of AUS, experts should not spray), that is, T 1M jump is two common postures of AUS.

As for running, because it is a back run, the pace should be small and fast, and it doesn't matter whether it is high or low (just don't be too low)

I don't know what is taught elsewhere. We are used to letting beginners master the basic running and sideslip for a month or two or even longer, and then change their styles according to their own preferences. Because of different personal qualifications, various styles are different in difficulty and study time is different.

I think AUS is relatively simple, as long as the body can get crazy and keep balance, it's almost the same. I practiced hard for half a year, and then I chatted with the younger generation of the dance troupe and started practicing when I mentioned AUS.

AUS: I've been practicing for a week, but I'm still hard-core, because I can't afford fluorescent pants.

You can go to Tuwu Tianxia official website to have a look, where there are various styles of tutorials, videos of great gods, Tuwu at home and abroad, and equipment stores!

Website:/

Or you can watch this video. I think Liu Yun's AUS tutorial is better:/v _ show/v _ show/ID _ xmzkxntixndgw.html.

By the way, you can watch his other videos. I think everything is good.

The above is my personal experience, I hope it will be helpful to the landlord, and I wish the landlord to become an AUS god ~ ~
