Richard B. Clayderman Clayderman's piano piece "Memories of Childhood" composition background

"In Memory of Love", also known as "Memories of Childhood" and "Christine of Love" is the first piece from Richard Clayderman's Lettre à ma Mère album, released in 1979. Written by Paul de Senneville, who composed a large number of piano pieces for Richard.

Some were also written with Olivier Toussaint (Richard's manager)****. Of the approximately 2,000 piano pieces released by Richard, almost none were his own compositions.

There is actually very little talk on Delphine Records, including Paul and Olivier himself, about the compositional background of the pieces he played, and much of the information is nothing more than the imagination of the listener, or even irresponsibly hardened to the author's intentions.
