Bus No.991,No.566, No.488 and No.364 get off at Chang Ying North Station, turn left at the second traffic light north along Dongwei Road, and walk for 300 meters. No.499 and No.506 get off at Area B of Chang Ying National Homeland and walk north 100 meters.
Chang Ying Park is located in a thousand acres of ginkgo forest in the green isolation area in the northwest of Changying District, Chaoyang District, covering an area of about 742,900 square meters (114 mu). The park will be built in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 344,200 square meters (5 16 mu), which was started in June 2007 and completed in April 2008. The construction scale of the second phase is 398,700 square meters (598 mu), and construction began in 2008. Chang Ying Park, featuring autumn scenery Forest, is a country park that meets the needs of citizens for viewing, leisure, fitness, sports and other activities.
The main attractions of the first phase of the park are: flower and dance culture tree-lined square, forest rest pavilion, chess and cards square, fitness square, dance square, ball court, children's activity square, tree pavilion garden, diabolo sports square and thousand-meter jogging track in the forest. The park mainly meets citizens' daily fitness and leisure activities, and also combines local sports and cultural activities, such as flower dance culture tree-lined square, diabolo sports square and cultural performances.
The second phase of the park will create a "ginkgo forest corridor" to form the characteristics of ginkgo landscape forest, and display the cultural science popularization and health care knowledge of green plants in it, and publicize the concept of caring for the green environment. The main scenic spots are Yinxingtai, Xinghua Valley, Xianghua Square, Peony Garden, Sakura Island, Green Pavilion Morning Exercise Square and other leisure and fitness activities.
The park can be connected with the riverside green space in Dongba area and bungalow area through the green space on both sides of Xiaowanggou, and form a green space plate with Dongba Country Park and Beijing Huaiyuan.
