Jidu Temple is located in the birthplace of Jishui, the Sui Dynasty for the worship of Jidu God and built, is a national key cultural relics protection units, enjoys the northern part of China's "Museum of Ancient Architecture" reputation. Existing Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, 22 buildings, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing tablets and stone carvings of more than 40, for the Henan Province, one of the largest existing ancient architectural complex.
The temple has the largest scale and high value of the Ming Dynasty wooden building "Qingyuan Dongfu Gate", the earliest existing wooden building in our province, the Song Dynasty "Jidu Bedchamber", the only surviving Song Dynasty "stone hook fence" and can be called a domestic example of the Sui "back to the road corridor" site, retained with the Sui and Tang Dynasty style, similar to the Forbidden City Hall of Taihe Temple of the "abundance of the Hall" site and so on.
