Playing rock-paper-scissors with your stomach

Have you ever played rock-paper-scissors with your stomach? Have you ever played rock-paper-scissors with your knees? Have you ever played rock-paper-scissors with your feet? Have you ever played rock-paper-scissors with your tongue? Have you ever played rock-paper-scissors with your eyes? ......

Origin

Since it rained yesterday and the weather was not favorable, we had to finish our gym class indoors. After finishing the content of the indoor class, I took the first graders to play the game rock-paper-scissors.

The process

In order to increase the children's physical fitness, I added physical fitness exercises to the game. First let the children play rock-paper-scissors with their hands, then switch to play rock-paper-scissors with their feet, and finally play rock-paper-scissors with their hands and feet. The children were tired, happy and fun for a couple of rounds.

A child raised his hand and asked, "Teacher, in addition to these things, how else can we play rock-paper-scissors?" I thought for a moment and replied: "Your question is a good one, we can play with our mouths, open mouth means cloth, shut mouth means stone, pout means scissors. Now let's play rock-paper-scissors with our mouths together!"

A question was left for the children before the end of the class, "In addition to the methods the teacher talked about today, how else would you think of playing rock-paper-scissors."

Extension

When I went home for a walk, I shared the games from my lesson with my daughter and brought her along to play the games. When she had mastered each game well, my daughter suddenly told me, "Mom, we can try to play rock-paper-scissors with our tummies." When I heard this, I froze and quickly asked, "How do you play with your stomach? Do you make your stomach in half?" My daughter laughed, "Tummy tucked up and pouting backward is cloth, sticking up forward is scissors, and not moving is rock. Simple right! Let's give it a try! I'll give you all a kiss if I lose, and a hug if I win."

After we had played for a long time, my daughter suggested again, "After shouting rock-paper-scissors, when you come out with rock, scissors, and cloth, you have to do it with your hands, feet, and tummy all in a position that indicates cloth or scissors or rock." This is relatively more difficult to raise a little bit, after playing, all you hear is haha loud laughter.

Did you think the game was over? No, the daughter again carried out a higher degree of difficulty: "Every time you shout you can choose a different posture to show, three people have three different postures." After going home, my daughter lay on the bed and continued her thinking: "Besides the stomach, it turns out that the knees can also move, as well as the paws of the feet, the eyes, it's really too much fun! Mom, when you go to take the kids to play a game tomorrow, you can let them try to play it too! Good games are meant to be shared!"

Thoughts

The stage is as big as the heart! When you take a child and let her open her mind to curiosity and thinking, you reap unexpected gifts! There is more than one answer to many things. Thinking in a different way will lead to a new way of thinking about things. The future of life needs to be innovative and thinking, may be in the initial some converted angle of thinking answer.
