Specific steps of making grape juice
1. Make the prepared grapes into grape grains, then wash and control the water for later use.
2. Put the water into the pot, then put the prepared rock sugar into the pot, and then heat it to boiling with high fire.
3. Take a clean steamer, put the washed grapes on the steamer, spread them out, and then put the steamer into the water in the pot.
4. Put it away and heat it. After boiling, turn to low heat and heat slowly for fifteen minutes. Then it can be steamed.
5. After boiling, press the grape seeds with a spoon, and all the pulp in the grapes will enter the pot and mix with the grape juice in the pot.
6. Take out the prepared grape juice and put it in a cup. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for several hours before taking it out. The homemade grape juice is drinkable. If you don't want granular pulp, you can also filter the juice with a strainer before drinking. It will taste better.
