Steps/Methods Don't rush to follow along, watch it a few times first. Find the loops inside each dance. Because the average square dance has a few loops per capital, and of course there are particularly difficult ones that are different from beginning to end, but those are very few. After you've seen it a few times, it's much easier to find its loops, and you won't be standing there with nothing to do. Since everyone's memory is different, you can try to memorize the first few moves of the loops you can remember and try practicing them first. After you have mastered the first few moves a little, then go deeper and memorize the next moves you can remember, slowly and gradually understanding and practicing. Once you have learned a cycle, you have learned the dance. If you try to connect the cycles, you will have learned the dance. And learn to dance should be to adhere to, there are a number of people want to come to dance, dance a day or two, and then disappeared, probably found it difficult to learn, then give up. So learning to dance should also have a method, plus your determination, persistence, slowly, you will also become a member of the square dance. As long as you persevere and have a little foundation, it will be easier and easier to learn new dances in the future. Generally a three or four minutes of dance, first watch it once, understand its cycle, while remembering to remember the action; play the second time, because the heart has points on the follow dance, will not at the same time to see, the wrong action to correct; play the third time, has been almost able to synchronize with the disc. There are times when I find something in it that I don't know or am unsure of, then as soon as I have time I put on the disk and watch that spot, so that I remember it better after one replay in my head and in actual action.
