Creative background:
In order to promote national unity and cultural exchanges, the Central Committee organized a cultural visiting delegation, including Lao She, vice chairman of the Chinese Writers Association, Ye Shengtao, vice minister of education and others. 1961July, the delegation visited our region at the invitation of President Ulanhu and arrived in Hailar on July 3 1.
On August 2nd, Lao She and his party visited Baiyinhada Ranch in Chenbaerhu Banner, 75km away from Hailar City. On the grassland in August, green waves are rolling, birds are singing and flowers are fragrant, and the Le River in the morgue flows quietly on the grassland. Lao She, who felt the prairie for the first time, looked excited. He said, "I saw the grassland. The sky here is bluer, the air is fresh and the sky is clear, which makes me always want to sing a song to express my pleasure. Under the sun, it is thousands of miles away, but it is not endless. There are mountains on all sides, the ground is green and the mountains are green. The sheep went up the hill for a while and then came down. Wherever you go, it's like white flowers embroidered on the horizon. Jiangnan may not have such a scenery! "
On August 12, Lao She and his party also visited Zhalantun, which is known as Suzhou and Hangzhou beyond the Great Wall. The beautiful scenery here also made Lao She linger and wrote the poem Zalantun. Although Mr. Lao She has passed away, the voice and smile of a generation of literary masters remain in Hulunbeier grassland forever.
