Source: Autumn Wind Poetry by Li Bai, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty.
Excerpt from the original:
When you enter my lovesick door, you will know that I am lovesick.
Sauvignon Blanc is like a memory, but short acacia is infinite.
If I had known that acacia was tied in my heart like this, it would not be like you didn't know.
If someone once missed someone so much, they would know the suffering of this kind of lovesickness. There are countless times when I miss you, but when I am lonely, I fall into a longer and endless acacia. Alas, if I had known this, I wouldn't have known you then!

works appreciation
The main content of this poem is to look into the distance from the boudoir, and its significance and system are derived from Xiu Xi Hong, a famous Yuefu in Jin Dynasty. It is a masterpiece of Yuefu, with complex melody and sad words.
Many people think that the style of this poem is very similar to a small word, with obvious musical characteristics. Zhao Yi's Jade Cong Kao points out the origin relationship between it and the inscription of Jiangnan Chun, saying: "The three-five-seven-character poem originated in Li Taibai:' The autumn wind is clear and the moon is bright. ..... this is also the origin. Liu Changqing's poem "Farewell to Lu Li" said:' Xin 'an Road, people come and go. Early tide returns to late tide, who knows tomorrow?
The tide is ruthless and self-pity grows in Xin' an. Song Ke's poem "Jiangnan Spring" said: "The waves are ethereal, Liu Yiyi. The lonely forest is far from the grass, and the flowers fly obliquely. Jiang Nanchun was heartbroken, and Pingman Tingzhou people did not return. " "In the Southern Song Dynasty, Deng Shen once wrote a poem called Autumn Wind in this mode. The Qing Dynasty also included this poem of Li Bai in the King James Dictionary as an initial sound, saying, "This three-five-seven-character poem was adopted by later generations. "
This poem is also titled "Three Five Seven Words", which contains a clear poetic form connotation. However, this poem by Li Bai can't be regarded as a creative work, because in the early Tang Dynasty, the monk Yijing wrote a poem entitled "In the West, I gave way to the city with a king", which was named "13579" because of its stylistic characteristics. Li Bai's poem is only a variant of the word 13579, omitting the first word and the last word, namely "3577 words".
Wang Kunwu demonstrated that Yijing poetry is a "work of singing harmony" in the Art of Liquor Order in Tang Dynasty. This poem by Li Bai may also be a "chorus poem" between him and other poets. "Three-five-seven words" is a "general topic" that restricts the remuneration and the format of poetry. When writing, people can decide a corresponding poem topic according to their own content.
Even though this poem is not a creative work, it is Li Bai who finally established the "335577" format as a unique genre and even became a fashionable poetic style. This is not only because he learned from and summed up the experience of many people in using the "357" sentence pattern, but also because of his practical experience in flexibly using this format in his own lyrics creation, so his poems can show that "the sorrow is like a complicated string" (Volume 8 of Poetry Wine in Tang and Song Dynasties). ?
