Nature's Gift--Wild Tea

Falling hand is winter, raising hand is spring. Once the Qingming Festival is over, the grass begins to grow, the trees gradually grow rich, and the mountain flowers slowly spit out their pistils, which is the best time to pick wild tea.

Growing up in the mountains and like to pick tea and drink tea, I, together with my husband, followed the footsteps of spring, climbed the mountain beams, wading in the streams, into the valley passes, through the dense forests, searching for picking up wild tea.

The wild tea wild, wild in nature. Deep forests away from the city hustle and bustle, year-round clouds, rain and snow, short sunshine, day and night temperature difference, and diffuse light, humidity, wild tea in such a growing environment, free and easy to grow. No pesticides kill and injure, no fertilizers to promote the growth, drinking mountain dew, sucking the natural light, nurtured in heaven and earth, in line with the time of the day, quiet, happy and contented. Due to the penetration of these natural ingredients, the intrinsic quality and medical value of wild tea is superior to the national standard production of artificially cultivated organic tea. This purely natural wild tea, the ancient "immortal grass" reputation, a poem, "the ghost borrowed from the top of the cloud quality, the fragrance by the cliff side of the soul of the orchid" is a vivid description of the alpine wild tea. These qualities of wild tea, so that it tastes more unique and domineering, mellow and fragrant, high degree of resistance to brewing, more nutrient-rich. The disadvantage is that the size is not uniform, the appearance of the character is slightly poor. However, the wild tea with the fragrance of mountain flowers, the flavor of the mountains and the picking is not easy, it is rare and precious.

Picking wild tea may seem beautiful and romantic: early in the morning, stepping on the dew, accompanied by birdsong, breathing the fresh mountain air, seems to forget the landscape, free and happy. In fact, picking tea is a very hard thing. To pick wild tea in the mountains, we usually start at 6:00 a.m., with enough dry food and water, the morning of the mountain, the mountain mist, misty, arashi shadow floating, chilly. We crossed the clear streams and wild rivers along the way, and the dew soaked our shoes and pant legs. When we entered the lush forest, the moisture on the ground was lighter, and only the fresh air was refreshing. When picking wild tea, you can't use a tea basket to hold the tea leaves, but have to prepare two to three cloth bags. The mouth of the cloth bag is small, the mouth of the bag is naturally closed, do not have to worry about the deep forest in the withered leaves fall into the bag, tea picking more, in the bag will heat fermentation, red hot, so prepare two more bags, but also often turn over.

Sometimes in order to pick a tea, to step on the thorn bushes, pulled by the thorns, scratched by the barberry grass, accidentally slipped, that is common. It is not uncommon to encounter poisonous snakes, insects and bees. Dense wild strawberries, long thatched grass negative potential to go up, compete for space, tea trees are often scattered among them. Tender new shoots emerge from the dark green branches of the old leaves, long and short, like a bird's beak, growing straight up, giving the impression of standing tall. A large wild tea may pick about one or two fresh leaves, while a small one has only two or three buds. When picking the first tea, a day a person can only pick to about a catty of fresh leaves, four catty of fresh leaves to make a catty of dry tea, can be seen picking wild tea hardship. But picking wild tea in the mountains, mountain breeze, streams, fresh air, picking the fresh leaves also has a rich floral flavor. In the weeds, you can see blooming wildflowers everywhere; in the dense forest, from time to time to explore out a fluffy colorful red, as far as the eye can see, let a person's mind is relaxed, really a unique enjoyment!

The most enjoyable also on the process of tasting tea: grab a handful of well-made dry tea into the cup, pour boiling water, accompanied by the aroma of tea, tea leaves in the water dance, sometimes rotating to the left, and then to the right to vacillate, light and soft, fragrant can be intoxicated guests. In fact, every tea drinker's heart, there is a piece of pure land without dust. Look at the tea leaves in the cup tumbling and dancing, a thousand forms, after some ups and downs, only cluster at the bottom of the cup, return to calm. The color of the tea is getting stronger and stronger, and the aroma of the tea is getting more and more fragrant. Hold the cup, take a sip, lips and teeth, into the throat smooth, bitter and sweet, long meaning. Put down, in the refreshing aroma of tea, quietly savor the elegant beauty of tea, the freshness of the entrance, the texture of the sweet and cold, warm and fragrant, the feeling of a long aftertaste, will make you love it, the aftertaste.

The word "tea" is simple, but contains endless Zen. Taiwan's famous writer Lin Ching-hsien said: "Tea" is the word split into a grass, a man and a tree, together is a person in the grass. If a person sits quietly in a secluded and elegant place, remove the former halo, take off the coat of splendor, let the soul bathe in the mountains and water, washing and grinding quenching, the heart is quiet and clear, can not rise a transcendent, light and beautiful state of mind? Life is also like tea, silence and calm is the posture of our life. As long as the heart put down, the world will be a clear, so-called "a thousand rivers of water, a thousand rivers of the moon, ten thousand miles without clouds, ten thousand miles of the sky". The world, all kinds of trouble, everything is only created by the heart. When the heart is at ease, everything is at ease. Everything is not chaotic in the heart, not trapped in love, do not count the past, do not fear the future, learn to get along with themselves, keep their original clarification of the simple heart, every ordinary day to live a full and meaningful, this is the true meaning of life, right?
