In life, I actively communicate with my teaching partners. We divide up the work and cooperate with each other to finish our dinner work together. After dinner, we shared our experiences of the day and reflected on our work together.

In any case, I still have some shortcomings. The organization of the classroom is not enough, and the atmosphere of the classroom is not active enough. In the future, we need to pay more attention to this aspect of the work practice, and strive to be more comprehensive.
