GILL: I'm the same as SA, the main exercise is line dancing, but I firmly believe that exercise and health are mutually reinforcing, when I was in high school I was an athlete in the school, I did exercise every day, and I had less pain and less disease and I was also more energetic. Since then, I've been doing a lot of exercise, not getting enough sleep, and a little bit of wind can give me a cold or flu, so now all I can do is watch what I eat.

SA: Yes, I have learned the longest time sports is ballet, three years old began to learn ballet, a study is ten years, because of the beautiful movement, let me learn more and more like, but later still give up. I also learned high jump and long jump, when we started to participate in track and field competitions in the first year of secondary school most of the participants are 100 meters or relay races, I love to play the high jump and long jump, once won a lot of prizes, but unfortunately, because of over-practice, sprained the ligaments of the feet, back muscles are also sore from time to time, so that the year of the second year of secondary school, I quit. Until now, if it is windy or rainy, those two muscles will also be hidden pain, if the line dance has twisting movements also have to take their time.
GILL: I am a lack of perseverance, hours on the many interest classes, Chinese painting, calligraphy, cello, guitar, ballet, etc., each of which is on the primary class and then did not learn, but the most perseverance is the middle school during the varsity track and field team, the strongest is very few people play in the 100 meters in the hurdles, a full five to six years of training time, the small break to train, lunchtime to practice, and on Sundays, also to go back to school to practice, and finally the best time is the best time, and the best time is the best time. I had to train for five to six years, practicing during recess, lunchtime and Sundays, and my best result was to be the runner-up in the school athletics team (equivalent to the second place in the Hong Kong Secondary School Games). SA: Of course I do, I even watch soccer, but I still prefer sports with beautiful movements. Whenever the Olympics are broadcasted, I will definitely watch diving and gymnastics, and I find the three-and-a-half-week spin and the giant slalom to be very exciting. One of the fancy skating is the most attractive to me, when I was small, I was addicted to skating, but the technology is very poor, even the brakes do not know, to stop on the stupid rush to the railing, so I saw the contestants fancy one after another, will be watching the nervous excitement.
GILL: My favorite ballet performances are the ones I've studied, and I've been very involved in them, and the performers' clothes are very elegant, even if I've worn a similar outfit in my solo show, but it's not as beautiful as the real thing!
