The newly-built "August 1st" Square looks extraordinarily beautiful under the moonlight. There are pagoda lights and lawn lights around the square ... all kinds of things. Under the illumination of colorful lights, the square has become a sea of lights and a world of lights. The sound of the music fountain makes me relaxed and happy. There are more and more little stars in the sky, as if dancing on the blue carpet. Ah! The lights are accompanied by starlight, and the whole square looks so magical! So solemn! In front of the tower are colorful fountains dancing, some like rockets, some like small fish, and some like proud as a peacock. The most incredible thing for me is that there are movie pictures in the fountain. Dad told me it was a water curtain movie. What impressed me most was the six sculptures on both sides of the square, which recorded the glorious course of China People's Liberation Army in different periods. The huge glass floor is more interesting! It is a "magnum opus" paved with porcelain plates, which narrates the memorabilia of the People's Liberation Army in China. With my mother's explanation, I understand that our happy life today is hard-won, and I must cherish this wonderful time.
