Height and weight standard for three-year-old girls

The standard height of a three-year-old girl is 96cm and the standard weight is 14kg. If the weight exceeds 20%, it is overweight and obese. 20% below this standard are underweight, which may be malnutrition.

Short stature is 20% shorter than standard height. If being too short belongs to growth retardation, in this case, it is necessary to further clarify the reasons for the child's growth deviation, including endocrine factors and of course nutritional genetic factors.

If the child is stunted, including underweight and short stature, it is recommended to go to the pediatric endocrinology department for face-to-face consultation, bone age measurement and hormone level detection to rule out diseases such as low growth hormone, low thyroid hormone or abnormal adrenal cortical hormone secretion.
