1. Strictly control access to and from the village, except for medical treatment, epidemic prevention and control work, and in ensuring the operation of public institutions, people's lives, and other important positions involving important national economy and people's livelihood. Based on the needs of epidemic prevention and control and ensuring travel safety, only one entrance and exit will be reserved, and all other passages will be closed. All villagers enter and exit according to the village signs, and vehicles and people from outside the village are not allowed to enter.
3. Strictly control the arrangements for weddings and weddings. All happy events are suspended, funerals must be kept simple, and funeral banquets are not allowed.
4. All party members and cadres, deputies to the National People's Congress, and members of the CPPCC should take the lead in implementing village travel control measures, take good care of themselves and relatives, guide friends and neighbors, and assist village staff in persuading villagers to go out less and go to school less as required. 6. 7.
