After his death, he was buried in the Studenica Monastery. This inspired revolt among the entire Serbian people. In order to commemorate the tragic life of this saint, the current Saint Sava Church was built on the place where he was burned.

Belgrade is actually not a very popular place. Fashionable city (compared to Paris and Milan). If you shop here, there is basically nothing to buy. HM ZARA is basically the most fashionable in the area, so don’t expect to buy big brands here, there are basically no specialty stores. But a war-torn city that had fought more than 100 battles and been razed nearly 50 times had actually recovered very well. Everyone was working hard to live a decent life, and I really liked the way they loved life. The beauty of Belgrade needs to be lived in to appreciate it.
There is a town called Zemeng near Bei City, just on the other side of the river. You can take a bus from the bus center in the city. The fare is 290 local currency, which is not cheap.

There are various restaurants along the riverside of the town, with good quality and low prices. This fancy steakhouse is first-class and so delicious that you want to dance.
There are flocks of swans by the river, which are very cute. However, the swans are quite fierce. Don’t approach them casually, as they will bite the chickens.
Zemeng Town does not have a car, so it takes a lot of time. If there are elderly people going there, it is recommended to drive. There are parking spots everywhere in the town, so you don’t have to worry about parking.
Another important reason why I came to the former Yugoslavia was to look for those Brutalist war monuments. I am obsessed with these symbolic buildings from the Tito period. They are scattered in many places in the Balkans, some are protected and some are abandoned.
The two pictures below are of the Monument Iron Plow. It really took a lot of hard work to find the couch. I couldn’t find it on the navigation system. I even asked and touched it. Finally, I found it in an inconspicuous corner on the side of a country road. When we found it, a group of cows were grazing around, and the ground was covered with cow dung, which made people feel quite pitiful. Maybe the Serbians themselves have forgotten this building.

After visiting the World War II Memorial, we drove to today’s important destination, the UAVC Canyon. The canyon is located in the southern part of Serbia. It is a north-south lake area. The environment point we are going to is on the east side of the canyon. There will be a small visitor center at the end of the south canyon where you can rent a boat to go to a cave in the canyon.
On the way to the canyon, we encountered heavy rain. Just happened to be stuck by a beautiful lake. Looking at the map, I found that this is a source of water in the canyon. We simply ate in the hotel by the lake.

On the way to the monastery, I accidentally saw a red monastery on the roadside. It was quite big. Having said that, I turned the corner and went in. Photography is prohibited inside the monastery, so in order to comply with local customs, I did not take any photos, but I must tell you that it is worth seeing inside. The lobby inside the church is really beautiful. There are a lot of chains on the dome, and if a huge light is dropped, and then combined with the light and sunlight, it looks like a hell instead of a holy church. Seeing that we are Chinese, the administrator enthusiastically told us the story of this monastery. It was wonderful. Saint Sava, the most important monarch in Serbian history, was buried here. Later, They were dug out by the Turks and dragged to Belgrade to be whipped and burned. Only then did the St. Sava Church, the largest church in Belgrade, come into being. The Turks destroyed many beautiful murals and demolished the monastery dome. The purpose was actually to smelt steel and dig out gold to join my country's steel smelting.
