China Postal Savings Bank cards do not charge annual fees.
According to the latest announcement of China Postal Bank, "Announcement on Waiving the Annual Fee of Debit Card of China Postal Savings Bank", the annual fee waiver policy is implemented nationwide for all other debit cards, the details of which are announced as follows:
1. The financial assistance card for secondary school students is waived for three years from the date of account opening.
2. The general high school student financial aid card will be waived for three years from the date of account opening.
3. Gold, platinum and diamond card levels are free of charge.
4. In accordance with Document No. 268 of Development and Reform Prices [2014] and Document No. 1250 of Development and Reform Prices Regulation [2017], the annual fee and account management fee (including small account management fee, the same below) are automatically waived for the only account (excluding credit card and VIP account) opened in the Bank, and for the customers who have opened multiple accounts in the Bank, according to the customer's application, the annual fee and account management fee (including small account management fee, the same below) will be waived for one of the Bank's accounts designated by the customer (excluding For customers who have opened multiple accounts with the Bank, the annual fee and account management fee will be waived for one of their designated accounts with the Bank (excluding credit card and VIP accounts) upon application.
5. Accounts for social services and financial funds such as wages, pensions, low income insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, provident fund, etc., and other types of payment accounts are exempted from fees if they meet the conditions, in accordance with Document No. 22 of the Banking Supervision and Regulation Commission [2011].
