Horqin Grassland-Location: Horqin Grassland is located in the east of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Horqin Grassland is one of the four major grasslands in China, located in the east of Inner Mongolia, the southern slope of Daxing 'anling and the western end of Songliao Plain.
From June 5438 to October 2002 10, Horqin Grassland Scenic Area was named China Photography Creation Base, which was sponsored by China Photographers Association and pioneered in Northeast China and North China.
Horqin Grassland is adjacent to Daxinganling, endless Songtao and endless Songliao Plain. Here, the long history and civilization are like starlight, and the rich specialty resources make the world envy. Horqin grassland is also called Horqin sandy land. Named after ancient Mongolian tribes. It is located at 425~435 north latitude and11730 ~12330 east longitude. It is 250~650 meters above sea level and located in the triangle between the west bank of Xilamulun River and Laoha River. It is high in the west and low in the east, stretching for more than 400 kilometers and covering an area of about 42,300 square kilometers. It belongs to Wengniute Banner, Naiman Banner, Aohan Banner, Kailu Banner, Tongliao Banner, Horqin Left Wing Rear Banner and Hure Banner in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Horqin means that among Archer Mongols, it was once one of the nomadic areas under the jurisdiction of Habutu Hasal, the second brother of Genghis Khan in Yuan Dynasty, with vast territory, beautiful scenery and rich resources. It used to be the birthplace of Xiaozhuangwen, which means archer in Mongolian. Primitive riverside, primitive vegetation, primitive sky, primitive taste. Flat and soft natural green fields are like visiting the sea in person. When people ride or walk, they will be attracted by her beauty.
