Metro membership card processing process:

1. Call the local Metro shopping mall to contact the account manager and make an appointment for the customer service manager to handle the card at home;

2. Bring relevant information to the service desk at the entrance of Metro Mall to handle it in person.

there are three situations to apply for Metro membership card:

1. Free membership card information

1. Copy of business license (or organization code certificate)-(copy with official seal)

2. ID card of authorized shopper-(original)

3. Letter of introduction from the company-(original)

2. General taxpayer qualification certificate (copy with official seal) or VAT invoice issued by our unit in the current month (copy with official seal);

3. Lost the information required to reissue the membership card

1. Copy of the business license of the company;
