kongtong mountain forest park. Located about 18 kilometers west of Rushan City. Jade Emperor Mountain, the main peak, is 589 meters above sea level. The mountains in the west run north and south, and the watershed is the boundary between Rushan and Haiyang. Covering an area of 3.5 million square meters, it is known as "natural stone carving garden" and "botanical garden", and was approved as a provincial forest park in 1996.
The mountains around the scenic spot stand dangerously, and the relative height in the area is extremely high. Two wide and deep gullies run from the northwest and southwest to the east, respectively, and merge into a herringbone shape and reach the mountain pass in the east. Kongtong Mountain is named after this: the geological age of Kongtong Mountain is Mesozoic Yanshanian, and the geological structure is magmatic rock, which was originally a submarine mountain range, and later became a land mountain range due to crustal uplift. Long-term seawater erosion has made the landform of Kongtong Mountain mainly appear as bare rocks.
Rushan Yintan Provincial Tourism Resort is located in the southeast seashore of the city. In a strip-shaped planning area with a coastline of more than 2 kilometers, the forest is beautiful and beautiful, and the reef is strangely curved, integrating mountains, seas, islands, lakes, springs, rivers and forests, especially the beach that stretches for more than 2 kilometers. The slope is gentle and flat, the sand is delicate and soft, and it is as white as silver, so it is called "Silver Beach". There is also the earliest tidal power station in China, with a tidal lake with a storage capacity of 3 million cubic meters, as well as natural landscapes such as pearl bay, Bailang Bay, Gongjia Island, Sanguan Pavilion, Xianren Bridge, and 1, mu of coastal defense pine forest belt. It is a natural tourist resort. In 22, it was rated as AAAA-level tourist area by National Tourism Administration.
Shengshuigong Scenic Area is located in the valley of the eastern slope of the Niguding in the remaining vein of Kunyu Mountain in the northeast corner of the city. The Holy Water Palace, a Buddhist temple, was built here in the Tang Dynasty, and the concept of jade deficiency was built here in the Jin Dynasty. Wang Yuyang, one of the seven sons of Taoist Quanzhen School, practiced here and founded the Taoist Lushan School. At that time, the concept of jade deficiency became one of the three Taoist schools in northern China.
There are Yuxuanguan site, Yuxuanguan monument, Yuyang Cave and Shengshuiyan. Here, the mountains are endless, the forests are deep, the water peaks are steep, and the four seasons are secluded, and one side wins.
Looking around at the summit, you can see the top ten scenic spots that were named in ancient times: Spring Clouds in Tiger Stream, Autumn Moon in Wind Lan, Cave in Yuyang, Holy Water in Broken Rocks, Rain on Imperial Monuments, Hanging Books on Cliffs, Outstanding Pencils on Far Peaks, Hanging Clouds on Stone Columns, Emerald Bamboo Gardens and Floating Spring in Songling.
Little Takinoyu
In the south of Little tangcun, 15 kilometers northeast of the city, there is a well-known hot spring, which was called Guiren Tang in history and now called Little Takinoyu. This spring is "clear water, warm in spring and summer, especially hot in winter" (see Records of Ninghai Prefecture), and the water temperature is kept at around 57℃ all the year round. According to the expert's determination, the spring water has high salinity, high buoyancy, strong effect on human body, rich minerals, and a lot of cations, anions, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and other gases. Bathing with this water can play a good health care role for human body and has a good therapeutic effect on rheumatism, arthritis and dermatosis. Therefore, a long time ago, Little Takinoyu became a natural warm water bath where local people bathed.
Riverside Park is located in the south of the city, with Dongshan Road in the east and Qingshan Road in the west, covering an area of 5.4 hectares. It is a multifunctional comprehensive park integrating culture, amusement, appreciation and fitness. The park consists of four parts: tourist area, amusement area, cultural and entertainment area and an animal and botanical garden. It is the largest park in the urban area.
The tourist area is located in the northeast of the park, covering an area of about 23 hectares. The east gate at the entrance of the park is composed of ancient buildings. After entering the park, the front of the Yingmen Gate is a rockery resembling the sacred water palace with a jade deficiency view, passing through the rockery. Walk along the winding park path, with trees and grass on both sides. Every 5 meters, there is a marble sculpture of the zodiac. The stone statue is located in the jungle of flowers and plants, and each stone sculpture is different and vivid. About 2 meters, it is an artificial lake covering an area of 8.2 hectares. The bridges, dikes and pavilions in the lake are scattered, the blue waves are rippling and the scenery is picturesque, and it is refreshing to go boating on the lake. In the center of the artificial lake, there are light music fountains, water curtain movies and water stage. At night, the water column sprayed by the music fountains is colorful and beautiful under the colorful lights. Located on the south side of the island in the middle of the lake, the water stage is built with traditional pavilions and modern decorative arts, and is a place for people to hold various recreational activities. On the north side of the artificial lake, there is a Crystal Palace, which contains electric model statues of various figures in Hailong Palace and Journey to the West.

On the east side, there is a circular pavilion with 9 projectors for simultaneous projection, so that the viewers can be there. There are various cultural exhibition rooms on the north side, which are connected with the artificial lake in the tourist area and are places for holding various cultural activities and exhibition activities.
There are botanical gardens and zoos in the southwest of the park, covering an area of about 1 hectares. There are 6 kinds of arbor shrubs such as pine, bamboo, fir, willow and magnolia, and there are ornamental animals such as bears, monkeys, peacocks and turkeys in the zoo.
