:
(1) A hysterectomized person will not have menstruation again.
(2) After 6-8 weeks after the operation, when the deep tissues in the pelvic cavity have recovered, you can have a normal sex life.
If you have a total hysterectomy, you should abstain from having sex for 3 months and avoid heavy labor, and return to normal work and life after 3 months.
(3) Avoid lifting heavy objects of more than 3 kilograms, bending over to pick up objects and climbing stairs for 6-8 weeks after the operation, and use a girdle appropriately.
(4) Do not sit for long periods of time, travel long distances, and avoid yoga, rhythmic dance, and other sports that tend to increase abdominal pressure, which may cause bleeding in the pelvic cavity within 3 months
(5) After going to the toilet, wipe from the front to the back to avoid infection
(6) Observe the wound every day to see if there is any redness, swelling, warmth, pain, or abnormal secretion, and return to the clinic as soon as possible for treatment of the wound if there are any of the above symptoms
(). (7) Eat more fruits and vegetables and high-fiber foods, and take 2000-3000cc of water daily to prevent constipation
(8) If you have had both ovaries removed, you are prone to osteoporosis, so you should increase your intake of calcium and hormones, such as animal bones, dried small fish, soy foods, and exercise to avoid falling and fracturing your bones
(9) Don't take any vaginal douching or baths for 6 weeks.
(10) Eat more food containing protein, vitamins and iron, such as fish soup, grapes, cherries and vegetables.
(11) There are no special dietary contraindications, but stimulating and gas-producing foods should be minimized.
