2017 National Square Dance Competition launched at the National Olympic Sports Center?

The launching ceremony of the 2017 National Square Dance Competition of "National **** Dance with the All-China Games" was held at the National Olympic Sports Center this afternoon (14th).

National **** dance, healthy China! Square dance is one of the national fitness sports with a broad mass base today, and is also one of the sports recognized in the National Fitness Plan (2016-2020) that the masses enjoy and vigorously promote.

The National Square Dance Competition, set up five stations, the first station will be June 22 in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia, after which it will be held in Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, Yumen City, Gansu Province, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, Yichang City, Hubei Province; the finals will be held in November in Lingshui, Hainan Province. The event lasted five months, across the east and west, north and south of a number of provinces and cities, is currently the largest, the largest audience, the widest impact of the national square dance competition.

At the launching ceremony, Hu Jianguo, former director of the Social Sports Guidance Center, Yin Guochen, deputy director of the Social Sports Center, and guests of honor*** unveiled the plaque for the National Square Dance Promotion Committee. The National Square Dance Promotion Committee is the first national square dance professional promotion organization and the organizer of the 2017 National Square Dance Competition. In the future, under the direct guidance of the government and relevant departments, it will exercise the responsibility of promoting and developing the national square dance culture and industry.

Leaders from the State General Administration of Sports, China Association of Social Sports Instructors, People's Government of the place where the event is hosted, the Sports Bureau, the Social Sports Management Center, as well as experts and celebrities from the sports, business, investment, and performing arts sectors attended this launching ceremony.
