Binhai County, one of the counties under the jurisdiction of Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Binhai County is named for the east of the Yellow Sea. The land area of 1667.4 square kilometers, accounting for 88.69%; water area of 106 square kilometers, accounting for 5.64%; 106.6 square kilometers of mudflat area, accounting for 5.67%.
