1,E.T
E.T The reason why it is a timeless classic in science fiction movies is that in the world of "hard" science fiction, it is unique, in the subject of aliens, giving people a fantastic psychological experience. Virginity, friendship, mystical phenomena, superpowers, perfectly organized. The shot of the bicycle flying over the woods in the moonlight became an indelible impression in the minds of sci-fi fans.
2. The Matrix (Part I)
The reason why I don't choose the trilogy is because I personally feel that the first episode of the movie is already the perfect story structure. Although the two later installments were more polished and thoughtful, there is no doubt that, as a commercial movie, it was kneaded with too many concepts, rising to philosophical and religious perspectives, making it difficult for most viewers to comprehend both the themes and the connotations.
The success of The Matrix is arguably a product that cannot be duplicated. The Wachowski brothers' unique aesthetic interest and insights on science fiction movies are insurmountable peaks. To be precise, the Matrix is not a mere science fiction movie; it is logic, metaphysics.
3, Back to the Future
By Spielberg as a producer, Robert Zemisky directed the "Back to the Future" trilogy allows people to see the peak of sci-fi movies as entertainment movies. This thrilling and bizarre tale is full of rigor and logic and fun to watch, making it so that viewers will never regret the money they spent on their tickets. Despite the fact that this sci-fi lacks depth in terms of substance, it is simply too successful from a commercial movie point of view. There's no way to get around it when it comes to sci-fi movies.
4, Alien series
Besides Star Wars, no other sci-fi movie has been as successful as Alien in the series. Alien is the quintessential Hollywood production, a punchy mix of heroism and horror and gore. It's also hard to imagine any alien creature as y rooted as Alien, and Alien and the other films it spawned brought not only visual impact, but also confidence in small-budget movies.
5, Star Wars series
Say science fiction, Star Wars series can be some fans in the mind of the unattainable peak. There have been too many commentaries on Star Wars, and I would just like to add that this magnificently conceived series is actually too old-fashioned in its conceptualization. Instead of being a science fiction movie about the future, it's an alternate history movie in the style of "Bun".
6. Time Machine
This former box office poison is still one of the best sci-fi movies in my opinion. It's the rare sci-fi movie with a single theme, and the entire plot and development of the movie centers around one question: why can't people change the past? Although some claim that in terms of profundity, the movie has fallen far short of the original, it has done very well in comparison to many films.
7. Independence Day
Another typical Hollywood production. The alien invasion, the tenacious resistance of mankind, the fall and the eventual independence, live a rehash of the American War of Independence, and even the time of Independence Day in the film is the same as the American Independence Day: July 4th.
But from a moviegoing perspective, it's a refreshing piece of work. With multiple threads laid out simultaneously, a panoramic approach to the advancement of the film, and well-crafted stunts, anyone who sees the movie is sure to be speechless.
8, I ,Robot A.I Robot Butler Bicentennial Man
The reason these three unrelated films were put together is because I feel that they are three relevant entries in the Robot series. Although they were all made relatively independently of each other, and are thematically very different works, they each symbolize the inevitable pattern of development of the robot world.I,Robot is the beginning of the awakening of the consciousness of the artificial intelligence, which gives a direction, but does not give the result.A.I begins the process of the pursuit and dissolution of the artificial intelligence life of the destiny of the self from the point of view of a young boy, and the final film gives a rather vague and uninformative picture of the artificial intelligence. The movie gives a rather illusory, or still tragic, perfect ending at the end. It is not until the robot butler that the dichotomy between AI life and natural human life is truly resolved.
The three productions are shot in different ways and styles, but are as profoundly upbeat as they are on the subject of robots. With these three films, the robot genre will need to break new ground if it is to succeed.
9, King Kong
This new film was identified by most critics as the most recommended film, and most of the audience's recognition, which is not a coincidence. As a movie that has been remade a few times, it's really hard to succeed, but King Kong did it. Is this massive monster really that appealing? The new version of King Kong, based on the 1933 King Kong, in addition to reaching higher levels of stunt work, provides a perfect representation of the inner emotions of the monster that is King Kong. While watching this movie, I often forget that this is a sci-fi movie and think of it as a romance. If you replace the image of the gorilla with a savage native, it's a very understandable romantic tragedy. It's just that the tragedy of that love is much more profound and gimmicky when the hero becomes an ape.
