Chinese New Year, is our traditional festival. We are busy from beginning to end of the year, all in order to be able to go home and reunite with our loved ones on the Spring Festival.
Some people like to visit their friends and relatives on Chinese New Year, and have a chat about family life after not seeing them for a year. Some people like to go out and take advantage of the vacation time to bring the family out to travel.
My favorite thing to do in the Spring Festival of 2019 is to go out and travel. After coming out to work the year to the end of the busy time is too much, want to have a small long vacation out to travel are a bit extravagant. Although it is said that there is a National Day Golden Week, but the National Day travelers are too many people, out of traveling is estimated to be people watching people. It's not recommended to go out this time of year.
Like our hometown, the custom of the Spring Festival is to visit all the relatives and friends all over again. On the first day of the Lunar New Year, we usually go to our uncles' homes in the morning to pay our respects, and in the afternoon, we stay at home and wait for our aunts and uncles to come over to pay their respects, and have dinner with them.
And the second day of the Lunar New Year is when our daughters go back to their mother's house. That is, we will go to our grandmother's house, uncle's house and their side to pay tribute to the New Year. On the third day of the Lunar New Year, we will wait for our aunts to come over to pay their respects.
The next few days will be a time for all kinds of relatives to visit, and then they will all come over to visit, have a cup of tea, and have a chat. After all the relatives had been visited, the Spring Festival was almost over.
However, I don't like this kind of Spring Festival. The visit between relatives and friends can actually be anytime. Like relatives who live close to each other, it's actually very convenient for them to come and go. And the visit at this time of the Spring Festival is just to fulfill a festival and go through a formality. Why do we have to limit ourselves to one place, why not meet up and make a date to spend Chinese New Year together in another place?
So my personal idea is that I would like to be able to go out for a walk during the Spring Festival vacation. I'd like to get a feel for how other places celebrate Chinese New Year. Although everyone celebrates Chinese New Year, each place has different customs, and it has always been a dream of mine to go to each place to experience their Chinese New Year and their culture.
China has so many 23 provinces, 4 municipalities and 2 special administrative regions, if we could choose one province to celebrate the Spring Festival every year, we would have to travel for 29 years to finish the journey. Moreover, if we went to a different province every year, we would experience the Spring Festival differently. The Chinese New Year in our minds will be colorful. It is no longer limited to the "Spring Festival" in our hometowns, or to visiting friends and relatives.
If I can, I will put this idea into practice, in every year's Spring Festival, can go to different places to feel different "Spring Festival".
