The country has positioned itself as a heavy industry and developed well.
After the reform and opening up.
I can't find the north one by one. Bicycles, televisions, tire manufacturing and cigarettes are invincible.
I'm still looking for the location. It was located in Hong Kong a few years ago. Yingkou in the east and Qinhuangdao in the west. Jinzhou Port has small radiation, shallow depth and little stamina, which is not enough to support long-term development.
National orientation. After the country's reform and opening up, before 2008, the troika of infrastructure, foreign trade and domestic demand to promote development started and developed rapidly. After 2008, especially in the last five years, the order of the troika has become domestic demand, foreign trade and infrastructure (except national defense construction). How to locate Jinzhou? In the past, only light industry and heavy industry were mentioned in large industrial categories, and service industry and national defense industry were rarely mentioned.
The national light industry is mainly formed in the coastal areas of the south of the Yangtze River. Heavy industry has formed a dual pattern of high technology, and the investment is slow.
The big sunrise industries are service industry and military industry. There are many categories of service industry, such as beauty in Korea (take a country as an example).
How to choose Jinzhou? Decision makers and planners think deeply, think deeply! ! ! Tell you a little thing, which is also my personal experience!
One day in July last year, the author waited at a bus stop in Bohai Street, Jinzhou Port. Before the bus came, a taxi came, with a female driver and a female passenger in it. When the female driver saw the author standing at the bus stop, she repeatedly persuaded the author to get into her taxi. 10 yuan can send the author to Jinzhou downtown.
Of course, as a local, I also know that taxis from Jinzhou Port to and from downtown are often so soliciting customers. Because of the long distance, drivers usually take as many as four passengers per person 10 yuan, and make a one-way trip from Jinzhou Port to downtown 40 yuan!
Because the bus ticket is 6 yuan, there is no difference between a few dollars and a taxi. I didn't think much, so I chose this taxi in order to catch up with the time.
But after getting on the bus, the bus didn't drive for two kilometers, and I saw four passengers waiting at the next bus stop. There is also a taxi parked there, which seems to be persuading four passengers to get on his taxi like the female driver. The female driver who pulled me immediately stopped at this station to check the situation next to her. It turned out that the taxi parked in front had taken away three passengers. Facing the four passengers waiting for the bus, he can only take one away. But the problem is that these four passengers are all partners together, and they don't want to separate one person from the taxi. So the taxi in front is deadlocked with these four passengers.
Seeing this scene, the female driver in my car suggested that I and another passenger in the car take the taxi in front, so that she could take four passengers at the bus stop with one car. It should be noted that I have been sitting in the car with another passenger before, and I didn't notice how many seats were left in the taxi in front. The female driver had already got off the bus and talked to the passengers at the bus stop and another taxi driver. She must have seen that there was only one seat left in the taxi ahead. Then how can another passenger and I squeeze into the only seat in the taxi ahead?
Because I didn't know it, I got off the bus with another passenger and walked into the taxi in front to find that something was wrong. At this time, the female driver has pulled four passengers into her car. In the face of our doubts, she said shamelessly, then one of you will take the taxi and the other will take the bus. Anyway, the car will come soon!
Then I couldn't help asking, now I want to suggest that we take a bus, so why did you suggest that we take a taxi before?
And this is the status quo of Jinzhou taxis, which actually feeds back Jinzhou's current economic attitude! No attitude, to be exact! If I wait for the bus on this avenue in the future, will another passenger and I choose a taxi? Certainly not! By the same token, there have been investors who intend to invest in Jinzhou all over the country, and quite a few people will have the same view!
Covet immediate interests, but forget the most basic integrity! Do you expect a city with this strategic thinking to be rich, a city that is conservative and closed, with its eyes fixed on its own land forever?
1, more than ten years ago, the state wanted to arrange for some Three Gorges immigrants to live in Jinzhou Port area. As a result, we were afraid that there would be some administrative intervention and could not control these immigrants, so we directly rejected this proposal.
What about ten years later? At present, Jinzhou Port is still a dead city. How many houses in the development zone have urns?
2. Many years ago, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company, which cooperated with Jinzhou Ferroalloy Factory, planned to cooperate with Ferroalloy to open a factory with annual sales of several billion yuan in Jinzhou. For Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company with annual sales of hundreds of billions, this kind of investment is simply Mao Mao Rain!
But what happened? Ferroalloy factory wants this investment, but it is afraid of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company's full involvement. When planning to build a factory, I just want the other party to invest money and refuse the other party to enter the management level. Even staged a farce to block the other delegation at the factory gate. What is the final result? People have withdrawn their funds and stopped playing. A big factory that can at least solve the employment crisis of thousands of people is gone!
More ironically, the leader of the ferroalloy factory who made the decision at the beginning later went in for taking bribes!
We were familiar with cycling a few years ago, not to mention! Directly thrown out of the city by taxi drivers, the relevant units in Jinzhou turned a blind eye! Finally, the reason is that this bicycle company has incomplete procedures. Is this a trick? I don't believe that the boss of this company is so brainless and has no neat procedures, and dares to put a lot of bicycles in Jinzhou city!
I believe that the previous procedures must be complete, but when the taxi drivers in the city were quarrelling with each other, the relevant units returned to the idea of holding their own land and directly kicked out the foreign things that came in on trumped-up charges.
Who dares to come in again? The above three stories are just the tip of the iceberg among many stories!
In a small fourth-tier city, housing prices are extremely expensive, and barbecue has become one of the main sources of local tax revenue. In this case, don't expect Jinzhou's economy to be good!
Anything is possible! The development of a city is inseparable from the development of a country. Forty years ago, Jinzhou was a new industrial city in China, and its GDP ranked in the forefront of Liaoning Province, and Liaoning Province ranked in the forefront of the country. As Jinzhou people, when we go out in the south, we all hold our heads high and call us Brother Liaoning. Almost at the same time, Shenzhen, Guangdong is still a small fishing village, because the state attaches importance to it, and as we all know, an old man drew a circle there, and Shenzhen also seized the opportunity. Look at today's development, and everyone will understand. In Jinzhou, the state pays less and less attention to politics and military affairs. Now the traffic from the northeast to Beijing extends in all directions, and Jinzhou's throat status no longer exists. Jinzhou large state-owned enterprises were in Jinxi at that time, and now they are in Huludao. The western Liaoning corridor was therefore given to Huludao in half. Now Jinzhou, the state-owned economy has withdrawn from the historical stage, while the private economy has no high-tech products, mostly labor-intensive products, and has not developed greatly. Mutton skewers have become city business cards, which makes people feel embarrassed.
It can be removed, but it depends on whether the national policy is correct and whether the financial support is in place. In the past and in the future, it is too important for Jinzhou to radiate the central geographical position of western Liaoning, which is incomparable to any city in western Liaoning, with developed land, sea and air transportation. It's a pity that Jinxi (now Huludao City) is separated, which is actually the second Dalian, even better than Dalian. If the two brocade are reorganized, the total population will be close to 6 million, and with the migrant workers in the surrounding areas, the population will increase to at least 8 million. GDP has reached 600 billion. If Xingcheng and Linghai are included in the list of two brocade cities, Jinzhou will be the largest city in the northern Bohai Sea, and it will form a tripartite confrontation with Dalian and Shenyang. If Panjin and Yingkou are included in Jinzhou, Jinzhou will be a mega-city in Northeast China and even the whole country, surpassing Shenyang and Dalian, on a par with Beijing and Tianjin, with a GDP exceeding one trillion yuan and radiating western Liaoning, which is the most beautiful scenery in Bohai Bay.
I have read this passage: the former secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee said that there are many commercial officials in the south and many political officials in Liaoning.
This may be the reason why the economy of Liaoning and even Northeast China can't develop.
If the country wants to revitalize the northeast economy, it will transfer a large number of business officials from the south.
The fundamental problem of the northeast economy is vision and way of thinking.
Let a coach who has never driven a sports car teach you to drive a sports car. What will happen?
What will happen if a group of people who don't understand the economy engage in economic activities?
Can Jinzhou escape the fate of decline? That's a good question. Jinzhou is a city and a central city in western Liaoning Province. The advantage of Jinzhou in Liaoning Province is its superior geographical position, which is the throat of the northeast. Moreover, the number of colleges and universities in this city is still relatively large in Liaoning Province, but I think it is difficult to change the weak fate of this city.
Now the development of Liaoning province and even the northeast region is not ideal. Liaoning province has a small population, and now it mainly develops Shenyang and Dalian. Shenyang and Dalian have developed well, and Liaoning Province has also performed well.
As for the remaining prefecture-level cities, including Jinzhou, I think the fate of weakness is hard to change. In the future, the provincial capital cities will become stronger and stronger, and the development of prefecture-level cities can only be maintained. The strength gap between provincial capital and prefecture-level cities will become more and more disparity, and Jinzhou is no exception. Although it sounds sad, it's true.
I am a migrant worker in the northeast, watching the development of the city. This is my opinion. If you have any better comments or suggestions, please leave a message below and we can discuss with each other.
Get rid of what! I can't convince myself! Hope is beautiful, but the reality is cruel!
The reality is that the building I bought at Jinzhou seaside more than ten years ago is still a little far from Bijia Mountain. I go to the seaside every summer, and the sea is getting worse every year! There are many buildings by the sea, but I just don't see many people living there! (Many sales offices are yellow)
The seaside scenery is not bad, and it is under construction every year. It turns out that you have to pay parking fees to go to the seaside! I haven't met this year! And go to the seaside, those pavilions are charged, you get a tent, there is someone in charge, you go to the seaside of Dongdaihe in Huludao, there is no such thing! Do you think Jinzhou welcomes everyone or welcomes everyone? (This is a problem, and it has to be changed! )
This time, I feel that the big square by the sea is not bad, and the building inside is also good, but after several visits, I found that there are not many people, there is a water world playing in the square, and people who play on weekends are ok!
There can be more people in the square at night, and there are several live singers in it. I feel that the square is quite beautiful! Shoot the night scene!
Everyone said there was an unfinished building by the sea, so I took a picture. Hilton Hotel has been framed for many years!
This tall one. I have seen it every time for many years, standing there alone!
However, if you go to Jinzhou to eat kebabs, you can still eat seafood. The price of seafood in the seafood market is not low, which is higher than Huludao and Dongdaihe.
I'd like it to develop well, but it's hard to see the status quo! The popularity is not strong, and there is no strong industry. Just look at what is built beside the Dongdai River in Suizhong. Many Beijingers bought houses there. It is estimated that whoever bought a house (made an investment) at Jinzhou seaside will regret it. ...
The above is only a personal opinion, don't spray if you don't like it, thank you!
I don't think so
At the beginning of reform and opening-up, Jinzhou once made achievements by relying on industry and light industry. At present, both industrial and light industrial models are backward production capacity. It is impossible to turn over with these two things.
The long-term goal of stimulating the economy is tourism? Jinzhou has no tourism worth developing, and its coastline is short, which has been destroyed to pieces. Bijia Mountain, the only unique mountain, has suffered serious damage to its natural environment. Other scenic spots are also very general and have no characteristics.
Agriculture? Liaoning's agriculture is average, with more people and less land, which is much worse than Heilong's family. In recent years, our western Liaoning is relatively dry, and the income of farmers in Chengdu is not ideal.
Private economy? Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong have formed a complete industrial chain. Look at where your express delivery is sent, and you will understand it all. An ordinary pen in Shenzhen can't be sold only to the United States in Liaoning. There is no corresponding supporting industrial chain at all.
Education? There are several universities in Jinzhou that can barely support the scene, and there is still some hope that education can increase the enrollment of universities and stimulate the floating population. I hope that our colleges and universities in Jinzhou will grow bigger and bigger and create wealth for Jinzhou's economy.
Medical treatment, as we all know, radiation in western Liaoning and parts of Inner Mongolia is also average. Needless to say.
The technology industry ... in your dreams.
This concept is worth emphasizing. Officials, enterprises and people all have vested interests. Going to the south to see if you can enter a state-owned enterprise is the stupidest, and going to a state-owned enterprise in the north is the most fragrant.
Mainly depends on the traffic. I found in Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang that there are very few people who catch big cars and control speeding. We regard this as our main source of income.
Population, in a word, is population. Without good jobs, there would be no population. In the future, not only the northeast of Jinzhou, but also the 3.4.5-tier cities will find it difficult to retain young people.
Therefore, it is basically difficult for Jinzhou to develop greatly.
Therefore, Jinzhou and even Northeast China want to revitalize and have a complete industrial chain and port. It's hard to see for a while.
The blisters on the feet come out on their own, and they will bleed if they are not changed.
Mainly because of decision-making mistakes. There is no money, but it is scattered everywhere.
1. It is wrong to develop the seashore. Decoration of World Expo Park, Baisha Bay, Gymnasium, University Town and seaside projects. It costs a lot of money, no one lives there, and it harms the coastal ecosystem. It's sad.
2. The development of Jinzhou South Station is also wrong. Separated from the main city by a big mountain, there are no trees and no water. It is a lonely post station that can't attract people at all.
Hi! The buildings by the sea are haunted, the buildings in Shannan have no water, there are no cars on Binhai Avenue, and the streets in the main city are lame.
If it develops along the east-west direction of the main city, it is now connected with Linghai City.
Just keep the status quo! What have you got from investing in the seaside for so many years? Slow down urban development and waste resources.
