Do you think it's too harsh for the government to ban dog walking from 7-22?

I don't take sides either way.

But I just think, it's too strict.

Seriously, you can't walk your dog between 7 and 22. So, do I have to get up at 6am to walk my dog, or after 22pm ah! That's a waste of rest time to walk the dog ah, it's really a bit tiring.

The more relaxed electricians like me get up around 8am every day, have breakfast, leave at 8:30am and get to the warehouse by 9am.

To those who live in the north, I guess 6 o'clock out, there is still a possibility to be late.

My friend in Dongguan told me that she has to leave at 7:30 every day or she will be late. Because of the place of work, at least to drive more than 1 hour, even if you take the subway bus, may not be able to catch up. There's no way to buy a place that's farther away, as housing prices are too expensive.

Commuters like them waste a lot of time on the road every day commuting to and from work, and they are also asked to walk their dogs from 22:00 pm to 7:00 am, isn't this a pitfall?

The key thing is, who is going to enforce it? Who is going to regulate it?

Before 8am, not many people are at work. Then after 6 p.m., when everyone is off work and government officials are off work, who is going to regulate those who come out to walk their dogs at this time?

At the end of the day, it's possible that this dog-walking order will end up being an empty document.

Is it possible that you have government workers working from 6pm to 10pm just to keep people from walking their dogs?

If the residents themselves are unhappy with the ordinance, asking them to be self-conscious feels like telling the Monkey King that you can only look at, but not eat, the stuff in the Peach Garden.

But think about it differently. There must be reasons of their own why the management would introduce such a ban.

If the residents are civilized to walk their dogs, where there is so much ah.

But all it takes is for a few of them to be less than mindful and it can be offensive. On our side of the river, along River Road, there are a lot of people walking every night. Of course, there are some people that walk their dogs off leash and let them run loose there. Several times, when I was sitting near the lawn, I could see some urine stains, and I could still smell something. Sometimes, you can even stumble upon some whitened feces.

So, while we feel that dog walking orders are very strict, can we not think about how we treated our surroundings before dog walking orders?

I believe that the vast majority of residents are still very serious and civilized dog walking. However, it cannot be ruled out that a few particularly unhygienic people are tarnishing that image.

So the management ended up giving such a dog walking order, resulting in everyone having to bear the burden together.

While I think there are certain problems with this kind of dog walking order that will be slowly forgotten over time. But residents who don't reflect on themselves and only blame the management will probably find the requirements even stricter when the next dog walking order comes up again.
