In 2014, I went to my sister's house to play, my sister likes to go out at night to dance, asked me to follow her, I watched and felt that I couldn't learn, and she said that in the morning, the end of the bridge has to be lively, and a lot of people asked her to go out in the morning to exercise.
It was a very cold morning with frost. Followed my sister to the end of the Muyang Bridge, and sure enough, there are a few teams there, doing exercises, square dancing, dancing tango and so on very lively. The first time I saw this, the leader of those large forces rushed over to pull her, and she landed in a team that was dancing to "Father's Grassland, Mother's River".
I was in the pile of passionate, majestic, heroic music, through the huge ranks, walked to the edge, saw a person of a team, not far from the front of the speaker, playing a soothing koto music, she was gripped in breath to follow the fun of playing tai chi. At this time the east rose a light red sun, at that time, that place, that lively place, she did not suffer any interference, I was y attracted by her moves and that soothing guzheng music, stood still and could not move, the heart only a strong marvel: what a beautiful picture ah! It is so beautiful to be still!

The next morning I went early again, I saw her, I said: teacher you morning! She asked me where I was from. I said I was from Chongqing, came to my sister's home to play. After exchanging a few pleasantries, she started practicing again, and I practiced behind her again, feeling that I was doing it the hard way.
After a few days, my sister did not go, but I went to wait for the Tai Chi teacher early, and felt the teacher's serenity in the hot atmosphere. She practiced Tai Chi, I only remembered a move called "forty-two style" Tai Chi, other names do not remember.
At that time, the teacher was already seventy years old, but she was not like an old man at all, her movements were soft and strong, graceful with some handsome, and she was kind and friendly. I didn't understand the dialect of their place, and she used standard Mandarin to talk to me.
I only practiced with her for a week, and then went home. Before I left, I asked her to teach me a few moves, so that I could go home and practice, and she quickly agreed. She said: "Taiji Kung Fu is profound, I just practiced a little skin, to achieve the practice of the words, that is, three feet of ice is not a day's cold".
The teacher's words were short and concise, expressing her modesty and enthusiasm for a stranger like me, and she told me to go home and practice the "Bow Stance". She told me to go home and practice the "Bow Stance". When I went home, I didn't have the motivation to practice with my teacher, so I didn't stick to it, which was a great shame! However, I still remember what she said.
She practiced Taiji and Taiji sword, sword and man are one, inside and outside of one, the heart and spirit of the unity to the point of God, from the inside out the natural flow of the beauty, I still can not forget.
Later, I heard my sister say that she had seen the Taiji teacher a few times, and every time the teacher asked her: "Your sister has gone home? When will you come back?" .
