Different grades of base wine
Hailan: select the first-class puree and select the best parts in the first and middle sections; Sky blue: use super-grade puree; The base wine of Dream Blue not only comes from the exclusive wine area, but also has a higher grade. For example, the Dream Blue M3 is produced in the Dream Blue wine producing area, and the quality wine brewed in 50 years' cellar is selected. Dream Blue M6 is produced in the central wine region of Dream Blue. It is the first wine with a long fermentation period and has been stored in the underground cellar for 15 years.
Brewing pits are different.
The brewing years of Hailan and Tianlan are all less than 50 years, while those of Menglan are all over 50 years: Menglan M3 is 50 years old, Menglan M6 is 100 years old, Menglan M6 is 100 years old, and Menglan M9 is in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
The storage time of base wine is different.
